Description of Work: I used Tim's Plumbing. He came out to fix my washing machine about three months ago. He informed me that the connections behind the washing machine were not correct, which I did not know.

+ -1 moreIn every case, they came quickly and performed their work in a very professional manner. Their prices have been fair and better than other plumbing companies we have used. I've always been pleased with their promptness, their work, and their price.
Description of Work: We have used them several times, when toilets leaked, when a shower was dripping, when our disposal died, and when we had a major break in the water main out front. Price has varied, of course, depending on the job.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreIt was a mess and has become more of one. Tim's office got all the appointment times messed up, they billed me for work I did not authorize. Despite, that, I paid Tim what I thought was a reasonable amount for the video inspection. He cashed that check. But subcontracted plumber has now contacted me, indicating they have not been paid. I have paid Tim for that subcontracted work. Thus, Tim's Plumbing is stiffing a subcontractor, after being paid by me.
Description of Work: Tim's plumbing was to diagnose the problem with my rental house drain. I made arrangements with them to meet me at the house. They came several days earlier than the appt I made, without contacting me, and the tenant let them in. They subcontracted with another plumber to do the camera examination. On the day I was supposed to meet them for the diagnosis work, they called to confirm they were going to start work on the drain. I stopped their arrival, given they had not (1) informed me about the diagnosis, (2) had not told me what needed to be done, (3) had not provided me with any estimate. I never received any video from the camera examination. Ultimately, I contracted with another plumber to do the work. Tim billed me for the video work - I disputed some of the charges, and send him a check - he cashed that check, indicating his concurrence with my assessment of the bill.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, THEY ARE LOCATED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: MY HOUSE WAS ON THE MARKET AND MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL WENT OUT. THEY CAME AND ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER TO REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE.
