In every case, they came quickly and performed their work in a very professional manner. Their prices have been fair and better than other plumbing companies we have used. I've always been pleased with their promptness, their work, and their price.

It was a mess and has become more of one. Tim's office got all the appointment times messed up, they billed me for work I did not authorize. Despite, that, I paid Tim what I thought was a reasonable amount for the video inspection. He cashed that check. But subcontracted plumber has now contacted me, indicating they have not been paid. I have paid Tim for that subcontracted work. Thus, Tim's Plumbing is stiffing a subcontractor, after being paid by me.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, THEY ARE LOCATED IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
