We have a Create center where customers can design and create their own rings or pendents.

.I had a wonderful experience at Throckmortons! The clasp on my watch hasn't stayed closed for quite some time. Within 10 minutes (maybe less) the clasp on my watch was fixed. It works great now! It hasn't come loose once, It was coming loose at lease 3 or 4 times a day before my visit to Throckmortons. The no charge price was even better!

You can find a battery replacement for $10 but not from an expert watchmaker and repair professional. One of my watches was a 15 year old casio with a solar battery. The mall place wanted $50. The mall jeweler said they do not replace these. David said he would need to order a solar battery but he did and the watch is perfect. The other watch was a locket for a woman. And the third was a Rolex. Thank you for the professional service.

I took my broken watch to Throckmortons and David could have told me it was really broken and would be expensive to fix. Instead, he said it was a just a loose screw and charged me $25 dollars to repair it. He could have said anything and I wouldn't have known any better. He was honest and straightforward. I've since gone back a number of times and had excellent service.
