The Upstairs Maid, L.P.

We have been using their services for about a year. They provide all of their supplies. They usually send three or for crew members for the job. They are punctual and arrive around 8:30 in the morning for each appointment. Their pricing is fair. I have not had any problems and they have done a fine job.

We have used them for 1.5 years and very satisfied. Team of 3 or 4 comes every other week, always with the same lead and frequently the same team. Friendly and conscientious.

We love Ole and trust him to do a great job consistently.

They do a better job than the people we used prior. They work quickly - they are only at the house for around 2 hours.

I trusted them, and they went through my drawers and closet and found pieces of jewelry I'd hidden beneath my underwear and in closed boxes. When I called, the manager denied everything and wouldn't speak to me about it. She said she would only talk to the police. I paid extra to use a bonded and insured service - that apparently is completely worthless.

  Warning:  5 of my rings were stolen from a closed cabinet in my bedroom.  We have notified the Lakeway police.
  We always had the same crew until the last cleaning which was September 12, 2013.  At that time the young girl was replaced with a man cleaner.
We were there to let the cleaners in and we stayed most of the time--just a trip to the bank mostly.  They did not have a key to our house.  We are senior citizens and do not have people in and out.
Although we did not see anyone take the rings, our daughter who lives in Austin had used this cleaning agency for a long time noticed some things were missing and warned us to check.   She had trusted them with a key to her house since she works full time.  They took all her jewelry including her wedding and engagement ring, a diamond sapphire ring, a gold bracelet and other things.  The Austin police are slow in returning her call and she will press charges.

The work was OK, not great. This was the first clean for consideration for regular every other week cleaning. There was absolutely no follow up from the company to see if I was satisfied. Then I received a bill for balance due...over and above what I was quoted. After I contacted them by phone, they first tried to say that I owed the extra, then sent a revised bill with a zero balance. In general, I did not think the management was very professional.

Excellent work and a very professional group to work with.  Sharon was Outstanding.   Used the service for about 15 years until we could no longer afford the service.  Would do so again if we could.

I am getting every other week service and the cleaning team from the Upstairs Maid is punctual and thorough.  They leave my house sparkling clean and I will continue to use them as long as I can afford it!

They are very thorough, friendly and do a good job. The workers are professional and qualified. I would rate them 5 stars. I recommend them.

We use the upstairs maid over the past several years. They are very reliable and thorough in their work. They consistently thoroughly clean our house - cleaning all floors (hardwood, tile and carpet). They do an excellent job in all areas especially bathrooms and kitchens. We have had several services over time - but upstairs maid has consistently provided superior reliable service.
