I was interested in engineered wood .I had visited a few stores before heading to the Tile Guy to get some idea about the type of wood , My preference was going to an exotic hardwood brand which is not very well known



 It turns out that the Tile guy also carries that brand for better price and better delivery.  I was not shopping for a bargain but i had realized that the staircase would be expensive due to the stairnose . stairnose can be very expensive : prices and stairnose strip lenghts are very different from one brand to another . Without compromising on the quality, I could get the project done for $1200 less than i had been originally quoted on supply .



Kevin and his team were very helpful and professional. They are very knowledgeable .



They went the extra mile when some stairnose strips had been damaged in a box (from the outside , the box was looking fine so that was really a bad surprise because we had only a few stairs left to do ) , 



 I had to return to the Tile Guy store in emergency with the damaged stairnose strips.They called the supplier immediately in Houston, .got me new stairnoses via Fedex within 2 days so that the contractor could finish the job in the following week.



I will use again their service in the future whether this is for hardwood or tile . They have great advices and great selection

The Tile Guy provides a large selection of tile and is extremely helpful when it comes to purchasing the right tile for each job. Their prices are competitive, and everyone I have worked with has provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with their customer service. I placed orders for tile and grout several different times and each order arrived on time. On one occasion they delivered an order to me for free because they were not able to locate it when I stopped by to pick up the order.

We found the tile we wanted and ordered it. It only took a day to get it. We tiled the floors in 3 bathrooms and it looks great. Love the tile and the selections there.

I was looking for tile for a small bathroom and wanted something that would look good with the cabinets (black) that I had selected and that had a bit of texture to them to prevent slipping when wet. The Tile Guy had a the perfect tile. It was on the expensive side, but the space was quite small, so I ordered it. The tile was ready for pickup on the date agreed and the salesman helped me select an appropriate grout. When it was installed, it was perfect. It has been several months now and it looks great and appears to be wearing very well.

They were good. It was an excellent experience. If I were to recommend them to someone who has not used their service yet, I would tell them to definitely go there because they have a great selection and they have a great policy with samples. They were also very helpful.

Excellent experience from the first meeting in their store, through product selection and installation. 100% recommended!

I had heard great reviews so I went in to check them out. They were very friendly and very nice when I arrived. They went through all the options they had and even let me take a couple of and quot;samplesand quot; home. These aren't the little ones from Home Depot, Kevin said i wouldn't be able to tell from that so he gave me a full size sample. This made my wifes decision much easier after bringing these home. Ordered my hardwood and they were delivered as expected. I actually didn't order enough of the hardwood but they were able to order it and next day it so not to hold up the process (not their fault i brought my own measurements).

Everything went fine with The Tile Guy. I had some problems with some of the tile that I got but they took care of that, so it was fine. They sold me the tile, and they took care of my needs.

I was really happy with them. They were here just real quick and they were reliable. I didn't do a lot of comparison on price. The staff was very friendly.

He is the best. His group is so great to work with. I have worked with him on two or three projects that I have done in my house. He has a great staff and has great suggestions. They take all the time in the world with me. They are just super good in working with me and showing me different options. They are good in talking about what I have in my mind and how big is the space. Their prices are usually more than competitive; they are reasonable. A lot of times if we want a certain quality we will be paying a little bit more. But paying a little bit more with The Tile Guy is less than what we would pay at some other places. If I need somebody, they have a wonderful list of suggested contractors that can do the work for me.

We went to several of the big name tile places recommended by our contractor and at least two of them would not even wait on us; they just ignored us. At one of them we couldn't even find a live person. No one but us in the showroom. Not so at the Tile Guy. We walked in and the guy who waited on us immediately (Kevin) was very helpful. He was also very patient with our questions and explained things quite well. He suggested we take home a sample and I'm glad we did, since we ended up with a different color of the same tile (it was on the same board with our original selection.) We had to buy extra tile later in the job, and it didn't come in when they expected, so they paid to have it sent by courier to our home so we wouldn't have to drive back up there. Our tile looks great, and the staff of the Tile Guy definitely ROCK!!!! I would recommend them to anyone - knowledgeable, patient and they have a huge selection of choices.

I did a whole house remodel and The Tile Guy has the best selection and help anywhere. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I chose products and they worked with my contractor getting the supplies and handling all the paperwork.. There are so many details that come up doing a remodel and they had instant answers for everything I asked. This time, over a year after I installed the pebbles I purchased, I wanted to enhance the look of the pebbles to make them look wet and more colorful. Even though it was just a $62 purchase, more than one of the very busy sales staff took time to help me and even went so far as to call several suppliers looking for the product they wanted me to use, and additionally lent me a container of lacquer to take home and try on the pebbles to see if it would work for me before I purchased it. It worked perfectly and they ordered it and went and picked it up the next day. Outstanding customer service and a pleasure to work with.

I do not think they install; I think all they do is sell materials. I think they have subcontractors to install. They have ordered stuff from me and are very helpful. Their timeliness in getting my material is good. I liked the staff's demeanor and they were very good. Their price was fine and they went out of their way to get the small amount of tile that I needed for me.

It was more than just selling us tile. It was a tile education. Who knew there were so many things to know before we could make the right choice for us. We went many times to look and learn and everyone there was patient and helpful. We mostly worked with Roman. By the time we made our choice, I felt confident in our choices. The store is a bit hard to navigate all the choices but with help we were able to see it all and get prices. We will do it all again for our other projects.

We liked them. They were a very helpful and patient sales force. They helped us select a deck that we are very happy with because it is going to be safe for people during wet seasons, and they were in tune to what we were looking for. We are real happy with the product we got, which is four hundred feet of slate looking deck. The most important thing is that they helped us with the selection. They had to make multiple trips, they wanted to find us the product that was really going to make us happy, and they provided us exactly what we were looking for.

We were renovating our two bathrooms and kitchen. After visiting Home Depot and Lowes, we found that The Tile Guy had a much larger selection and a good price. The quality is also better than the big box stores. The shop is a bit crowded and the store is a bit hectic, but it is well worth it. The tiles were delivered quickly and they helped me load my car. Very happy with my experience at the Tile Guy.

It was fine and no problem at all. They did good work.
