I approached Roofer Direct representatives Gina & Russell Ralston while they were finishing up a roof inspection on a neighbor s home. From the moment I met them they were very professional. They were able to do our inspection that same day & determined our roof had sustained hail & wind damage from a recent storm. Gina made it extremely easy to work with our insurance company to get our claim started. Once our insurance approved our claim we were very able to finalize our shingle choice and our installation date was scheduled. The new roof looks great & was completed in about a day.

A very professional group, installers were led by a very knowledgeable leader. The Roofer Direct representatives Russ and Gina were very good at explaining the process and keeping us up to date on progress. Everything was completed on time and totally cleaned up at the end of the day.

Scott went above expectations working with the insurance company to get the entire roof expenses approved. Originally the Insurance company only wanted to cover half the roof so Once Scott got involved he made it happen very quickly. Very impressed with the timelines and the quality of work.

While the communications were sometimes confusing, the project proceeded on schedule and was completed (start to finish) in less than 2 days! We hired The Roofer Direct because of the damage to our home done by the hail storm in May. Scott and Tony were great to work with. Tony went above and beyond by taking the time to take me to a supply company where I was able to obtain samples of the siding to see how they would look on our house. Everything went very well. Thanks to Mr. Austin Crenwelge and his crew. He was very professional and his crew very efficient. He inspected my home roof and explained in details the options for replacing it in conjunction with my insurance agent. On the day that the roof was to be replaced, he and his crew of workers arrived on time and worked very diligently to replace the roof in one day. They were very careful to cover the grounds to catch the debris and nails and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they finished. Roofer direct installed a new roof after hurricane Florence including a membrane flat roof. Excellent work! Great people to work with, knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy. Customer service is outstanding. After Hurricane Dorian a representative came from Raleigh on a Sunday to inspect roof.

Thehe Roofer Direct group went above and beyond in making sure they had the right equipment and materials to do the job correctly. They made sure that they continued communication to finish the job in a timely manner and that I was satisfied. Russel, Dean, Tony and Gina were great. I will personally recommend their service to my neighbors. True professionals that really are interested in solving issues and satisfying customers. Super people!

Everyone from the laborers up were very polite and respectful ,their workmanship was very good. I would like to thank Gina, Russ ,Marcello, Tony and Scott for an all around great job, despite the extreme temperatures .One word of advice, the hardest part was choosing a color, many to choose from. Very good Company and Tony is great to work with. Was hesitant at first seeing roofers after a Hail storm but they were spot on and made my deductible minimal. They are veteran friendly as well! 5 stars all the way!

My Experience with The Roofer Direct has been awesome from start to finish. I spoke with Scott Burnman owner of the company. He was very kind and provided valuable information.He said he would have his project manager Tony give me a call to schedule an appointment. Tony scheduled an appointment for Dean and Austin to come to my home. They were very knowledgeable and explained the quality of the materials, shingles has a 50 year warranty. The company also,has a 10 year warranty on workmanship.The next day Tony called, he told me I have been schedule for installation on 7/29/19. Tony s team showed up @ 6:45 AM ready to go to work. Around 8:00 AM Tony came to my home, he explained the process of the day. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He told me he would be on and off the job site throughout the day. He gave me his phone number. If I had any concerns or questions. Everything went according to plan they completed the job in one day. I am very happy with the finished result. Everything was cleaned up and tidy on completion. I would, definitely recommend The Roofer Direct. Thank you, for a great job well done, and an awesome experience!

Tony and Dean were very knowledgeable and professional. After many attempts by others to find our roof problem which was causing a rain leak, Tony identified the cause within 15 minutes of examining the roof. We really couldn't believe it but his experience and knowledge of roofs enabled him to correct it. Would highly recommend this company.

For starters the work they did was fantastic and fast! They completed a full roof removal and install in a single day. Please do not mistake the high speed for a lack of quality because the quality was just as impressive as the speed. They do not achieve this by cutting corners at all. They ensure they have the manpower on site to accomplish the task and they move with efficiency. Now this is only my comment on the work. The staff (including the owner and manager) were friendly, professional and ensured that we were at ease through the entire process, start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

I had great customer service from the roofer rep, he came out to my house for the free quote, showed me first hand what kind of damage was done to my roof and explained to me how shingles can break down with multiple hail strikes. I am very satisfied with how they treated me and my family with explaining the process of getting a new roof installed

The project was performed beautifully. They were on time, completely cleaned up after themselves like thwy were never here. The only difference was i now have a beautuful new roof. They replaced damaged wood, new roof boots, new vent ridge, etc. I would highly recommend
