My family and I are very pleased with our new roof!! We absolutely LOVE it. It looks so amazing, like a new house. Their work is flawless. They provided us with superior service. I called on Monday concerned about my leaking old roof. They were here Monday afternoon and my roof was replaced on Wednesday. They are all very knowledgeable and everyone was so helpful. Great pricing and Fantastic service.

Overall this was a very good experience. The bid was clear and straight forward, the team arrived on time and when problems arose options were presented clearly and completed expertly. The main person I worked with visited throughout the project and even came back the next day to make sure the site was cleaned up and we are happy with the teams work.

They put a new roof on our house. They replaced all the wood and sealed around the chimney and the edges of roof. They were very professional and didn't try to sell us anything more than we needed. About a year ago Roofers Direct installed a new roof because of hail damage, the work was outstanding workmanship, very professional, very neat. A one day service, the yard was left very clean. Then two weeks later here comes another wind storm. that blew off several roofs by us. (Not done by Roofers Direct). Our roof and about 15 other roofs done by RooferDirect were perfect. Good from the start and the product was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Roofer Direct are a Master Elite Contractor that specializes in a professional roof system. I wanted more than just your standard roof and Scott and his crew were able to answer all of my questions, they were transparent and professional. Truly an A+ experience from start to finish.

Compared 3 different companies in the area. Scott the owner is very knowledgable in regard to product and rules for NC, we are located as out of state owners. Very open about the guideline rules compared to Calif.(Ca. Is very regulated and many inspection rules) he also is excellent in regard to working for the owner with the Insurance to get the very best outcome.
