Scott and his team tore the old roof off and put a new one back on. They were very good, quick, clean, and thorough. The job turned out excellent. They have done a very professional job at a very fair cost. I was very impressed with the quality of work. I have asked them to quote on a couple of other jobs here as I like their work and trust their workmen.

I live in a ranch house with an attached double roof. The Roofer Direct tore two roofs off and put them back on. Scott is really good and competitive. He split them up in to groups and had them start working. He came back and cleaned up with a magnet. He also picked up the roof that blew off my house. He would not leave until I told him there was nothing else I could have him do, you do not find people like this anymore.

From the start things went very well. Scott, the owner of The Roofer Direct, showed up a bit early for the initial appointment for the bid. He was very respectful and enthusiastic about the job. Tore off existing roof and replaced with new roof. They were punctual. Showed up with 9 workers and worked very hard the entire day. Once finished they circled the house for 20 minutes picking up every possible scap they could find. The job could not have gone smoother.

The Roofer Direct team just finished putting a roof on for me. It turned out very well. I would recommend them. They were timely. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. The paperwork that they provided me from estimates to guarantees was complete and excellent. The insurance company accepted their estimates right away. They cleaned up after they were finished. One of the supervisors came back and did an inspection on the roof after. This was a preferred provider. It was acceptable to me and it was acceptable to the insurance company.

We are very pleased with the process and the work that was done. They were did a great in getting the roof inspected and getting things set up. They was really helpful in accommodating our needs on the timing for the actual roof replacement. We had to reschedule the work a couple of times for our personal reasons and they took care of everything. The crews that performed the job were very courteous and were all business.
