Grant was very professional. He arrived promptly to look over the project and estimate the cost of repairing the shower surround. Several options were presented on how it could be fixed. I chose the option that fit my budget. The shower got fixed in a timely manner and Grant left the bathroom spotless.

Grant did an excellent job of removing top section of cabinet; ran wires to new TV location; fixed damaged drywall and textured; primed and painted entire area; built large floating shelf above new TV location; and, removed all debris. The overall appearance of the remodel is outstanding. He consulted with me throughout the job and was very professional. I would definitely hire The Remodel Pro again.

I'm extremely happy with the work that was done. Grant and his crew did excellent work and I plan on using them again in the future. I had 2 rooms with major drywall damage. Both look like new again. They also installed cold air return ventilation for the furnace. Grant took extra care to make sure I was fully satisfied with the results. I appreciated the prompt communication and status updates throughout the work.

Very well. Grant, The Remodel Pro owner, was personally involved whenever necessary and was always reachable. He was very fair when negotiating change order costs. Grant interfaced and coordinated activities efficiently with the subcontractors. Most importantly, I came to trust Grant and his recommended sub-contractors to the extent that the majority of the work was performed when I was out of the country. Grant had full access to my home when I was out of the country and I never worried about workers leaving a work area dirty, unsafe or missing personal items. Grant has a history with his subcontractors, including the interior decorator, and took accountability for all work; this puts the home owner at ease.

Grant and his crew are absolutely amazing.  I have used Grant for many smaller jobs around our house for a year now.  However, we had an upscale rental that was in need of a complete remodel.  The key was that we needed the house completely remodeled in 45 days so we could put it back on the market.  Grant bid the work, provided a very fair estimate, and ultimately won the job.  The work included demolition, complete interior paint, popcorn removal, two complete bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, new fixtures, outlets, A/C repair, new flooring, trim, & new shelving.  He managed every aspect of the remodel even reaching out about addressing issues I had missed.  When the project was finally done, we were with in our target date and budget thanks to many late nights and weekends by his crew.  It was overall a very pleasant experience.  Having dealt with other contractors before, I can tell you that staying on time and budget is a very hard thing to do and not very common.  Grant and his team are top notch.  I feel it is important to note that Grant is also very transparent about his costs so there is no feeling of being cheated or over charged.  Lastly, I want to say that Grant truly has an attitude of "it's not done, until it is done right".  No shortcuts, no half-effort, just solid, quality work.  As we went through the remodel I talked to many people that had also done a full remodel on their home.  Not one of them stayed on time or budget and overall would describe the experience as painful and exhausting.  My experience with Grant and The Remodel Pro team was just the opposite.  Save yourself the headache and call Grant at The Remodel Pro.  It will be the best decision you ever make.

As with our earlier experience, Grant was
prompt for arranged meetings, was personally active in the work and in herding
and QAing the subcontractors, and had a small group of carefully selected subs
that he employed.  As usual with remodel
jobs, things took awhile, but when work was at hand, Grant made sure that the
task was done quickly and with minimal disruption.  Most of all, we were continually impressed
with his attention to detail, his proactive care and diligence in moving,
storing, and replacing everything from house plants to a closet full of clothes
and boxes, and his care in cleaning up after each day?s work and at the end of
the project.  He kept us informed
throughout the process, and was always right on hand with schedule updates and
to answer questions.  We?ll go first to
him with any future home improvement/repair jobs we might have.

Grant was through and efficient in his work. All items were installed properly with quality care.

Grant guided us through the entire process from selecting a designer, budgeting, timeline, etc.  He is a fantastic communicator and does a great job staying in budget and coming us with creative solutions.  Grant did everything to ensure we were satisfied with the work.  He does much of his own work and if he was unhappy with any a sub did - he fixed it.  I recommend him and I have referred him to neighbors.
