I would not be living in this amazing house if it wasn't for Amanda & Alex. There are so many reasons I'd highly recommend them. When I first met them I wasn't ready to commit to a realtor in our home search. When they called us with an opportunity to be the first to walk through a house (because they knew it had a lot of potential to meet our needs) I realized they were the ones who would lead us to our dream house (though that wasn't the one we chose). We wouldn't have gotten the amazing house we live in know if it wasn't for the fight she put up to get us in the door first. Her knowledge of contracts and setting realistic goals and expectations for the negotiation process made us very comfortable and incredibly happy with our end results. We bought our new house then sold our old house with Pettitt Group and thank the stars above for the team we chose!
