He's been here three times on the same problem and I've just decided to get another roofer. I've got about 5,000 square ft and he's done patches all over it. He only took off one roll of roofing when he was supposed to take off two and that equates to half the work. He also screwed up my deck with a high pressure washer. A kid came out from his company and did the washing and ruined the stain on my deck.
