The house looked great!

He was fine. I didn't pay more than the deal. He has a good attitude. He's willing to do whatever I had him clean even the blades on the ceiling fans. The price was good. It was a good deal. His professionalism was good.

The cleaning team did a great job cleaning the house after move-out.  They cleaned all rooms, bathrooms, closets, etc. as well as the appliances.  This is not the first time we have hired them and they never disappoint.  They do not leave until you tell them you are satisfied.

Team arrived on time, cleaned every nook and cranny, perfection in cleaning!

They were ok. They bill themselves as the least expensive maid service in town, which they probably are; however, you get what you pay for. I paid $25/hr, and other services I've used run $30/hr or more. However, every time Maids of Austin came, it took them twice as long to do the same amount of work, so ultimately, I'm spending more money.
Part of this is my fault, as I only had them coming once per month, and I never got the same maid. So, they never had a chance to get used to my house and routine. Nevertheless, twice as long seems excessive. The cleaning the maids did was fine, and they were pleasant enough.
I had some problems with the office, also. The first two times I used them, they had to reschedule my appointment. I had booked it a month in advance and we agreed on the first Monday of each month, so it isn't as if they were taken unawares. Also, they had me down as a set time, but I never actually used all that time - they do not seem to pay attention to the hours the maids actually work, and each time I had to call to get reimbursed for the extra time which was not used.
All in all, I'd say that if you're going to use them on a weekly basis, you might have better luck; but doing it as I did was not particularly successful.

VERY WELL, I'VE SCHEDULED THEM AGAIN

Been using them for 5 months now. They have always been prompt, professional, and thorough. There has always been a team member that spoke English so communication has never been a problem. They are very good at what they do and are very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did very well but did not speak English therefore I could not express any details that I wanted to communicate.  I would not have them back because of my inability to communicate.

I have been using this company for several years and still very happy.  They come monthly to clean and I have referred them to friends and family.

The ladies came in and did what they were hired to do. My bathtub has not been this clean since I moved in. My apartment sparkles. This will help me have a smooth Holiday Season.

Used them for a year now.  They used to come out twice a month, but I broke it down to once a month.  Nice people and they are great about rescheduling.

I had a tenant that gave us a five day notice of leaving, and then left without telling us. Went inside the unit and it was a mess. (someone is not getting their deposit back!) I was desperate to find someone right away in order to show the unit, and The Maids were available right away. Gave me a quote that was reasonable and came by the next day. They came in and did a great job. I just got back from the unit and I must say it looks great.

They did a good job. They were very friendly and helpful.

They cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. They did vacuuming, dusting, made the bed, swept and mopped. They were great. They were competitive with the other people around. I would say, “use them.” I use them once a week.

The Maids have worked for me for years, reliably and well. They are particularly attentive to the kitchen and bathroom fixtures and hard-to-handle details like shutters and picture frames. I occasionally wish that tile floors were cleaned more thoroughly, but the place always looks (and smells) great after their monthly cleaning. I have used this highly professional service for many years now.
