Mark was very responsive and sent someone out to check our system the same day. He gave us several options including repairing the existing system and replacing with different brands. In the end we settled on a full replacement of our 17 year old HVAC system. Mark was able to get the parts ordered and have it installed within just a few days. I would recommend The Coolest to anyone
