I have a large walk-in closet that I wanted to remodel with Elfa shelving.  I starting the design process long before the annual sale started in January.  On several occasions I worked with different Elfa designers to tweak the design.  They were all very knowledgeable and were able to offer lots of help and hints about what would work best. They answered all my questions.  When I finally purchased the components for my design I feel like I had the best possible design for the space I was working with.  Great experience.
