This company is reasonably priced, professional, and did everything they said they were going to do. The owner, Kelly Brown, is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Very professional, skilled workers, gave an estimate and was a little more because I added items as they went along. Probably took a little longer than I had hoped for, but not bad if you are a patient customer.  Workers cleaned up and put down floor protection when working.  Removing popcorn ceiling materials are very messy, even though they covered up everything.  I was very pleased with the painting and workmanship of all the remodeled areas.  Would definitely use their services again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. There were no additional charges. They are like a mom and pop operation. They had a mom and pop feel but they were very professional. They had a lot of patience with us because we had to keep canceling. They were very good, very professional and very patient. They had a fair price and it was very good. I would absolutely use them again.

They did do a pretty good job. There were a few things that they had to come back and finish, which I was kind of irritated about, because they are not cheap. And their motto is, after the thrill of the lower price is gone, the agony or the pain of the bad paint job lingers on, something like that. They did come out, they did what they said they were going to do and then they did fix the areas that they said they were going to do. They will fix anything that goes wrong.

I wasn't terrifically pleased with him. His painters did a good job, he just went around and other than that, he was fine. I won't use him again. The painters were fine and they followed my instructions fine but if you are a person that couldn't give inspection, you're in big trouble.

The painting in the bedroom was excellent. I was a little disappointed with the work in the bathroom because the sides of the tile surrounding the shower were painted. I guess it could be considered an individual preference and I never thought about asking that the sides not be painted. Should I have a bath or anything else painted in the future that has tile in the room, I will be sure to clarify my likes and dislikes. I used a coupon for the bedroom painting and paid additional for the bath. The bath was small and I felt the price requested was too high. The company did agree to negotiate the price and we were able to come to an agreeable amount. I would use this company again as they were punctual, professional and cooperative.

Painters showed at the scheduled time, taped off the room, covered floors, counters and began painting. The kitchen was painted and cleaned up. The painters were quiet and very nice.

The whole experience was completely satisfactory.

They responded quickly to the calls and emails, and overall they did a great job! We had an issue before with some uneven staining and they sent someone out the next day to strip it and get it fixed for us.

I had Kelly come out for an estimate. He was very nice and thorough with what he could do. He uses his own team of painters which was a plus for me. I also have a couple of neighbors that had high praise for him as well. I found his price to be great and he even went back in and added an Angie's list discount when I asked.

Javier showed up the first day to prep, move furniture and fix a ceiling crack. He is a very considerate, quiet worker. Overall Javier and his team were in my house 6 days: ceiling, walls and trim all painted twice in 8 rooms. They were kind and worked diligently on the job. They kept things tidy and did their best to lessen the disruption. They worked a full day: 9 to almost 6 most days. Kelly came in several times to check on everything.

I loved their work! They sanded trim, doors and my fireplace mantle. They fixed our crack and retextured it, they patched and filled holes and were very neat with their work. The paint job looks fantastic! When I found 2 little things missed, they came back right away to paint before payment was complete. Overall an A+ job and I would hire them again! I highly recommend them.

The crew was professional and taped everything off, moved furniture when necessary and finished so quickly. They were careful of floors and cleaned up any mess. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my family.

Intital job was completed behind schedule. Approximately three months following the job Kelley Brown was contacted due to issues on both the interior and exterior work performed. Mr. Brown made numerous commitment to resolve the issues but failed to ever show up.
Think long and hard before using this company!

As stated in initial comments above the company was contacted numerous times (3 to be exact) to resolve the problem but never sent anyone to our home to correct both internal and external paint delamination problems. We are not aware of anyone from the company stopping by our home since no one called to arrange a day and time to meet nor was a note left indicating someone visited and to contact them for a follow-up day and time. Since our initial posting the company did send two e-mails offering to correct the problems, unfortunately nine months have passed and the problems were resolved reluctantly by the homeowner. These are the simple facts, now you be the judge as to whether you want to use a company that warranties their work but does not respond when an issue arises...the old, "take the money and run"! We could have taken other acton to force the company to complete the warranty work but decided to take the high road and be sure to let other know of our experience and hopefully prevent them from having the same problem with this company.

They did a really nice job. They did something that I didn't know could be done. They refinished the cabinets with a minimum of sanding. They took the doors off and finished them. The clean-up was very good and they were very clean. Their price was consistent with other bids that we had got.

They always come when they said they are going to come. Their process is good. They are fine. They always are perfectly clean.

Start to finish went very well.

the job was completed in (2) days and had to have them come back (3) times to clean paint off the rock. very sloppy job. Paint was so thin that approximately (2-3) years later it needs painting again.

It went VERY well. Competitive pricing, great work. great coverage with light paint over a very dark base. my only complaint was about the duration of the job. I was under the impression it was going to be done in one day, but it took two days, which conflicted with some other work I was having done. However, the Brown crew was completely accomodating with the other crews. I'd definitely use them again, I'd just ask more detailed questions about how long it would take.

The crew lead by Sergio was responsive and professional. They were on time and on budget.

Kelly Brown was very professional throughout the process. And patient, as well - the project spanned several months. I had to coordinate several different contractors and projects and it was not possible for his guys to come in and do everything all at once. He was flexible and always ready to come back without delay for the next stage. Javier's crew is a pleasure to have around. They were very punctual - came early and stayed late to complete the job. They cleaned up the work area each day and were respectful of my property. If anything was not to my satisfaction Kelly and the guys did not hesitate to make it right. We had a problem with paint adhering to the old oil-based paint in two areas and they quickly repainted the entire areas. I would definitely use The Brown Paint Co. in the future.
