They seemed very professional. We've used them in the past. We've been using them for two months. They do a very good job cleaning.

The office staff was professional and helpful. The cleaning team was on time, polite, and did a fantastic job. We are using Boardwalk to do the make ready on our old home as well. We could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.

Overall the maids did a great job cleaning the house. Which I give very high score...the front office though.. the response time to return emails took longer than I anticipated.
They require a credit card to book an appointment, I understand to a degree but I when it came time for a cleaning I decided I wanted to use a different card (for points) I called and made sure that the main office had my new card and was assured my other credit card would not be charged. Guess what, they charged the wrong card! Try getting that fixed...
On another note when i asked about recurring service, I felt the price they initially gave me was way to high. I asked if i just wanted certain rooms cleaned would be twice a month...have yet to hear back on that as I must not be important enough. Thier loss, Im going with another company that provides the same.
I think the front office has a bit of customer service skills needing attention, but will say their cleaning was very good.

The company was very professional with everything from setting up the cleaning appointment to doing a fabulous job with the actual cleaning. They were punctual and carried out the job in a reasonable amount of time. I was not present at the time of service so they called to notify me they would need an extra 30 minutes to make it spotless. I thought that was very nice because they didn't automatically charge me for the extra time. They gave me a courtesy call to make sure it was okay. And they did a GREAT job with the cleaning. I was definitely impressed. My ONLY complaint was the price. To clean a small apartment, it cost me $200. But overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them in the future.

The maids were thorough and professional. A job well done. However, they were three hours late. Should have been at the house at 12:00 or 12:30 and did not call until 3:30.

Our initial impressions where great! It was when they offered regular bi-weekly cleaning services that they failed to live up to their initial friendly and customer service oriented impressions. During the cleaning things were generally clean but not orderly. There was a sense they whipped through the house vacuuming and wiping stuff down to get it done. Things where "straightened" but with often askew as though done in hurry. We lost 2 different cleaner bottles from under sinks they were not supposed to be opening. We never got a clear statement about their price after repeated asking. They double charged our credit card and accepted our check for the same cleaning. They don't seem able to account for their work, are not returning our calls nor returning our key.

I had used this company several times and had always been pleased with my service. When I called to inform the office of this incident, I was told that taking the items was part of a move out service, and that they tried to call me to discuss the items. No message was left on my phone. Eventually, after multiple phone calls, they did return the items taken off the walls and did not charge me for the service. But they did not reimburse me for the perishable items. Just watch out if you schedule a move out service with this company -- you may get more than you asked for.

The cleaning crew was on time and they got right to work, however I stated on my order that I had wood lamenant flooring that needed a special cleaner and microfiber mop. I had to supply the cleaner. The bathrooms were cleaned but the walk in showers still had a residue that had to be wiped off. They did not use a very good mop on the kitchen floor so there was still some dirty spots left behind. Overall the job was good and I would recommend them to others, just make sure you don't let them leave until you've checked the work.

Well, I sort of found myself in a situation where I had to get a friend's house ready for her tenants at the last minute. Lonestar was the only service I called that could come out the same day. I have previously used Molly Maids and thought that as a returning customer, they might have worked out something, but they didn't. Anyway, Lonestar gave me a quote of $75 an hour for 2 maids but then showed up with 3, so they were able to do the whole house in 1 hour. They did a great job. After making the appointment with the main number, the crew gave me a call to say they would be at the property in an hour, and they were. The last time I used Molly Maids, they were supposed to call but didn't and just showed up. Luckily, I had just arrived as well. Anyway, Lonestar has my vote now, and I will call them again before I call Molly Maids.
