That's Really Clean

Our experience with “That’s Really Clean” was positive from start to finish. It was very easy to contact them to schedule an onsite visit and quote. David provided an affordable written estimate for the work needed, and clearly outlined what they would do. Although we rescheduled multiple times due to unforeseen weather circumstances, David remained professional and understanding, patiently providing alternate dates for us. David and his helper Luis were prompt and courteous, going above and beyond our expectations. They took off the window screens and washed them, then thoroughly cleaned all windows and sills, both inside and out, and re-hung the screens. We certainly appreciated their efficiency and conscientious attention to detail, as everything was left sparkling clean! This business really knows windows and takes pride in their work. We will definitely be using their service again in the future. Thank you!

The work went smoothly, and the results still look great six months later.

It was about 38 windows inside and out and all the window screens. They were great, really honest guys.

Called That's really clean based on the reviews on Angies List. Left message. David promptly called me & we set a date & time for him to come look at the house & give me a bid. He was on time for the bid and the actual job. He & his crew of 2 were courteous, professional, & hardworking. The house is fairly large.They spent all day. My wife commented the windows have never looked this good. Just a great experience.

David and Richard did a wonderful job!! They were very professional, trustworthy, and conscientious. Communication was great.  He returned my initial call promptly even though he was out of town. On the day they were scheduled to arrive, they were running a little late from their previous job, but texted to let me know.

Our windows sparkle and our screens look new!! I appreciate that he took care with our landscaping and moving our furniture. Some of our windows were hard to reach; picture windows on the third floor.

I will definitely be calling them again!!

David is THE Best!!  We could not be happier with his final product!  We have huge picture windows in the back of our house and I can finally see all our beautiful trees and wildlife in our back yard.  As well as enjoying the full Moon!  It's wonderful!
David is professional, prompt, his follow-up and follow-through is superb, prices are great, and as stated his work product has no comparison!  Besides all this, David is a truly good-hearted person and I will recommend him (and have!) every chance I get!

He does beautiful work and I have used him six times. He washes my windows every three months. On an off schedule, he will do the inside and outside. He is very reasonable.

I remember feeling bad that David was coming out to clean my filthy windows because it was so cold outside. He did a great job, and the house went on the market the next week.

This was the second time I used That's Really Clean and can't say enough about them!  The first time was when we were putting our house on the market and David did an awesome job in the worst weather possible.  He had a smile on his face the entire time!  I was miserable for him but he is very professional and does a great job.  Our house sold in four days and I'm sure the windows had a part in that!  I did a review tun, as well.
The second time was in our new home two days ago and, as before, David was easy to work with, had a (very reasonable!) quote for me within minutes and got straight to work.  I came home four hours later to clean screens and windows.  He really does such an amazing job quickly and professionally.  I don't usually think to review a business unless I am not happy with them (shame on me) but as a business owner myself, everyone should know that this guys "gets" it - great customer service, hard worker and great at what he does.  Thanks David!

From our initial contact we could tell the owner was very professional.  He called to reschedule because of predicted rain and kept us posted throughout.  They spend quite a bit of time cleaning.  They started off confirming the estimate they gave to me on the phone and explaining what they will be doing.  They wore covers on their shoes to keep carpets clean, etc.  When they finished, the owner called me over to a few windows to explain some issues he found with the windows (fogging/etching) and offered to email me some recommended contractors.  By the end of the day, I had an email from him as promised.   A few days later, I received a follow-up email from him asking if there were any problems or concerns we came across over the weekend!  Wow,  great customer service and our windows look great.

It was good.  The quality was good for what they did.  They tried to up-sell too much in my opinion.  They were on time.  Two window cleaners came.
