Excellent we have used them before and we're happy every time

They were excellent. They showed up on time. They were respectful of our property and they were quiet. It took them about half the day to complete the work.

As before, they did an excellent job (and I'm kind of a nut about clean windows). The only reason I haven't hired them since 2012 is because my new-to-me house has been under such a constant state of renovation that it would have been pointless. I look forward to hiring them again very soon!

I have used them for years. They do an excellent and thorough job. They clean the screens and all around the window frame.

I have used this company several years ago. At that time, the owners and their son did the windows, screens and several indoor light fixtures. Their work was remarkable! This last time (that I am rating), the work was performed by two non-family workers. They were prompt, polite, fast and did good work. There were a few streaks and paint drips that were not scraped off the windows that I pointed out (nothing major.) When I showed the inside worker these spots, he gladly fixed them. They did thorough work: cleaning the windows, sills, window tracks and screens. When I next cleaned house, I noticed that there were a few water spots that had dripped onto our laminate flooring. Again, no big deal. Overall I was well satisfied with their work and relieved to have a very big job quickly finished.

Great! I have used them on several occasions because I own a construction company and on occasion need to have windows cleaned. they have done both residential windows and commercial windows for me. I am repeatedly impressed with their professionalism and the crews that they send out. I run my company and I am very picky about our services and what we do, I often find that I am too picky for my own good, it is rare that I find a vendor that is equally picky about their work and maintains such a high caliber of quality and professionalism.

Outstanding. They arrived on time, did a fabulous job in a short period of time and kept in touch with me throughout.

Very well. Arlene calls and schedules me about the same time every year. They schedule a few weeks ahead of time. Then the crew shows up and does the work. They clean the window and patio door tracks as well as the windows. They are fast and efficient.

The window cleaning was great.

It took five months to get the job done. They did the job twice and it was still not right. I would not recommend them.
