The response from the general contractor does not represent what occurred in our home. From the schedule management; to the sub management - it was a very painful experience. I had to engage with the owner of paint company personally to get the paint job completed as agreed. No discounts or free upgrades were given. Only time there was any attention paid to our schedule was when a money draw was owed. Wish I had done my homework pre hiring,

"Very sorry you feel this way. This will be my only reply. This review was written one week into the project when the whole house was torn up! We provided at no charge to remove all furniture into a POD, and we also provided at no charge 3 house cleaning crews to keep home clean during the process. We are pleased that we were able to complete the project on time and under budget. And we were able to provide OVER $2000 worth of upgrades at NO CHARGE! We installed over 2700 sq. feet of wood flooring and painted the whole interior of this home, and remodeled the fireplace which looks amazing! They told me when they would start and finish the job. They would tell me where they were at with it. They did an outstanding job. They were on time. The price was what they said it would be. They did a walk through with me to make sure I was happy with it. They did good quality work and they were very professional. I would use them again.

They helped us pick panels that would match the house and they were able to find the color that would match the trim. They were also able to find good quality shingles. They scheduled the work and got it done on time. They did a good job.

Beautiful, work, very nice to work with and has a great attitude. Saved me lots of time and effort when I needed some on the fly carpentry work unrelated to the contracted work that same day. Recommend with pleasure.

They charged me about $5000 for the bathroom work. I was pleased with their work. They are very compatible. They show up when they say they are going to show up and they finish what they say they are going to finish. The owner Clint Tomlinson is a pretty good guy. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The work started on 31 Aug and they finished by noon 02 Sep. They power washed the exterior and caulked and fixed rotten wood. They did all the painting by hand. Very carefully.

When contacted, he inspected roof temporarily fixed vents. We then waited to replace roof until hail storms season was over. The roof work went as scheduled. The work was completed in a little more than a day. Area was cleaned up and roof nails picked up.

All the work was done very professionally and looks great. He had suggestions on items we hadn't thought about too that made the remodeling job turn out better than just what we had planned. Part of the work involved repairing water damage and working with our insurance adjuster was involved and that was handled professionally as well. I would definitely use again.
