The team was super responsive and they came out and took care of the whole roof in a day and a half. The only issue was my wife was a little unhappy that the work started so early in the morning as she is not a morning person. ;) Jonathan

Did great work on the roof, however the workers were pretty careless and damaged our gazebo by dropping shingles on it. They also left gasoline stains in our driveway from their air compressor. They corrected the mistakes by deducting the damage cost from our total and pressure washing our driveway. Color choice was challenging because they failed to provide samples and we only had digital images to look at. Luckily we found something we liked. The roof does appear to be high quality work though.

Very professional. He gave me a bid for roof and painting and repairing ceiling damage due to roof leaks. He detailed what they would do and told me what to expect. He followed up and they did an excellent job. When done, the clean up was thorough. His bid was well below the other companies I got bids from. Very positive experience.

They did an excellent job. Right after completion hurricane Harvey blew through. It was the ultimate test of their work and it passed with flying colors. The gutters they had installed, also worked great, handling a very high volume (10") of rain. No leaks, no waterfalls. What could be better than that?

Super hard workers. 97 degrees, 6 men on the roof from 8 am til 8 pm. Looks great. Replaced 10 vents AND added 3 ridge vents. Great clean-up, also.

I worked with Steve throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I thought the customer service was excellent until I signed the contract and paid my deposit. After that things went downhill. The roof did not get started as agreed and I had to call and text him several times to get the status of the roof, etc. All in all I was satisfied with the job and would probably use them again, just not if I was in a time crunch. Maybe I should have spelled out my expectations better.

Lindsey Hill was my first contact with Tex Roofing. She was very friendly and efficient and had me in touch with George Varela very quickly. He is very knowledgeable about his products and visited with us several times to explain in detail our options for replacing the current shingles and installing on the new addition with a very low pitch. His crew arrived on time the scheduled day and completed the entire roof, within the proposed time frame. They left the site mostly clean. I know it is impossible to retrieve every fallen nail and shingle film strip so I am still finding them around our house. George and his crew were very courteous and professional and I would hire them again, if needed.

Steve with Tex Roofing made the entire process easy! He explained all options available to us. He was very courteous and professional. Our roof is very steep so the work could not be completed in one day. The crew came early, and stayed late each day. We are so very happy with our new roof! George came out in the rain and resealed all plumbing boots/vents. Showed up when he said he would, took pictures of the problem. We discussed what needed to be done, then he did it. Efficient, professional, polite! Would definitely hire TEX ROOFING again!
