Awesome company! Got the work done fast despite the weather. Sales rep made it possible for me to even use the pavers. I have a very sloped driveway and still able to use pavers. Picture shows semi finished.

I had my patio redone 4 years ago by another contractor. It started cracking and the company said it was my foundation. I contacted System Pavers for an assessment and was told they could replace and did not think it was my foundation. The project manager, Chris Acosta did an awesome job keeping the job on track and was very responsive to my inquiries, etc. I love my patio and can’t wait to entertain family on the patio again.

Good pavers and mostly quality work, unfortunately some unfinished business with no closeout.

I've worked with Kirk Westrick of system pavers. He is a design Consultant for them and he painted the picture of our dreams. From detailing the tile texture and color he answered every question with patience and compassion. We were given an accurate estimate and ETA for project start and completion along with 25 yr warranty on the paver deck. Once the project is completely I'll show the transformation. Never would have found such a quality LOCAL builder with home advisor!!!

PROS Good Finished Product (the outcome was positive) Once they started, completion was quick (4 days total) Project Management Team were good with follow up and communication once engaged They never once changed the price on us, even when their initial SF estimate was off and required additional supplies CONS Sales team made a really hard sell on expectations they knew could not be met No Proactive communication of actual timeline vs. expectations, until I threatened to pull the work and actually called the construction manager directly Price is higher than most others because they subcontract the work, so you're paying additional fees for their overhead (Construction Manager, Project Managers, support staff, etc.) vs. going directly with the subcontractors EXPERIENCE We went with System Pavers because we had a need for a short turnaround deadline and because of their guarantee of their work and cost point. We did this knowing that they were a higher price because of the hard sell commitment that our timeline could be maintained. - No communication for a month after they got our deposit - multiple follow up communication from me, asking for timing updates, etc. without any response - missed both of our initial milestone deadlines without comment or commitment to a timeline - finally get engagement after calling the construction manager directly and threatening to pull the project Our experience from the point of project start through completion was very good. the work was professional, the team was knowledgeable and responsive and the finished product is AWESOME. The overall story, Project Team set up to fail by their sales team, compounded by a complete lack of organization and communication internally, tainted our experience of what otherwise should have been a pretty cool time in our home improvement lives. We had an exceptional experience end to end. We surveyed the market and had three different offers, of which System Pavers was the highest. Yet there was a distinctive professional advantage that echoed from day one of our discussion with them. Chris from System Pavers was very detailed about the process, provided full specs, reference addresses to visit as well as some really good consultation. On the other side, the cheaper contractors had by far less references and were not aware of some of the requirements (City permit, for example, was ignored as well as some specific installation materials), needless to say that none offered the 25 years warranty and peace of mind that comes with System Pavers. After thinking about it for a while (And given our experience with "Cheap" contractors that turn out to be very expensive on our previous remodel), we decided to pay more to get more, we clearly made the right choice! Installation was well coordinated, even though we asked to delay it the last minute due to a power shortage, System Pavers still over-delivered on the completion date, having our driveway and walkway ready within four days only. The construction team was very friendly and helpful and did their best to help us going through those few days without a drive way and walkway. Jeff, the project managers was highly involved and kept me in the picture all along even though I was traveling and hard to reach. All in all, I highly recommend System Pavers, you might pay more, yet it will definitely worth it!

Andrew designed great lighting for our space and is very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Brian did a nice job on the installation and it looks great.

The price was higher than other bids, but I liked the ideas, quality of fixtures, and the willingness to work with me os the price. Very accomodating and pleasant to work with.

Installing a paver driveway is a major purchase and one should research the company they consider and the likelihood of them to remain in business and be available to service their warranty. From start to finish System Pavers had our full confidence. There were several issues that arose during the installation process and their employees were able to work through each one and complete a beautiful job that will enhance the appearance and value of our home for many years to come. I do not know of anything they could have done to make us happier. I highly recommend System Pavers.

great work, friendly very compitant pm and salespeople design suggestions, quick efficient instalation. a bit pricey though... perhaps they subcontract a lot of the labor?

They were very professional, not pushy. The price was more then I wanted to spend but the quality and customer service was worth it. They did what I wanted, they didn't try and push something I didn't want. We did make a few adjustments to the plan once the work started which made the end results much more appealing and functional. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Work was performed as promised. Awaiting turf to settle to resolve some minor fit uo issues, but overall we are satisfied.

Definitely think it was the most expensive contractor for the job but knew that going in and did not want any complications or heartburn. They did superb workmanship, as far as I know. Not certain if brick surfaces on planter and steps are correct in sloping downward instead of being on perfect horizontal and will ask someday.

They installed a pathway. The workmanship is excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of the finished project. Each of the employees were a pleasure to work with.

The work was excellent. the front porch and walkway are great. the only issue is that one area they didn't clean up after they were done. I contacted the project manager and he said they forgot to clean up that area and would get on it today or tomorrow. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone who wants quality work for a good price.

We are very pleased with the project and the product. It looks great.
