Swim Pure Pools

They're very good also. They're high quality. They come weekly. They actually send an email now saying about the chemical levels. It proves that they're there. When they notice something funny, they call us. We use them regularly now for a couple of years.

We moved into our current house in June '11. Upon the recommendation of our real estate agent, we hired Swim Pure to maintain our salt water pool on a weekly basis, as well as perform some repairs our pool system. After numerous conversations about the quality of work being done, I took my pool water to be independently tested. All of the chemicals in the pool where in ranges that were incorrect for our pool - almost no chlorine, high phosphates, high PH, low cyaunuric acid, extremely high salt. These readings were done less than a week after the last maintenance that Swim Pure did. When I called to question them about these results, I was told that, basically, Swim Pure felt that it had done an accurate, professional, complete maintenance of our pool, and that it is unreasonable for me to think that this independent testing of our water, and all of the incorrect chemical levels,  were in away their fault. Swim Pure maintained that they had done the best work they could possibly do with our pool. Well, if this the best, I would hate to see the worst. I have had to use Algaecide, chlorine shock, a new salt cell and supplement with chlorine because of their incompetence. I DO NOT recommend Swim Pure for pool maintenance and repair.
