Susy Q Cleaning

We've been using Susy Q Cleaning for almost 2 years now. They have been absolutely wonderful. We have a cleaning every 2 weeks and look forward to it every time. They are flexible on rescheduling, arrive on time, and leave our house spotless. They are very polite and professional, we trust them with our house completely! We have a large great pyrenees and two cats, so our house has fur, dirt, and dust EVERYWHERE. Yet, after they visit, it always feels fresh, has very little odor (neither pet nor cleaning supplies), and none of the fur, dirt, or dust in sight! Through the pandemic, they've been very careful, always wearing masks and gloves, and social distancing from us as we're working from home right now.

Terrible service; do not ever hire. We hired Suzy Q to help us clean during a very busy time. When we inquired, hired, and let them in that day we told them not to go into our bathroom; we had a sick, contagious cat that spreads the disease on contact. They were told this over the phone, via email, and in person. Did they listen? Of course not! Because the cat was let out we had to re-clean several other rooms and spend 4 additional hours cleaning the house ourselves to sanitize what the cat touched. Although they offered us a "discount" afterwards, our total cost was still almost $100. Considering that we asked/gave specific instructions via phone and email, as well as in person, about not cleaning the bathroom, their "mistake" cost us $100 and, more importantly, required an additional day of cleaning for us. Perhaps worst of all, when I emailed them to discuss this, they never returned my emails. I have sent them multiple unreturned emails at this point. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE.

For $150.00( 2 hours for 2 girls) one girl's job done was much better than the other but the six rooms ( inclusive of two bathrooms) I felt that I had over paid a tad. The floors nor the bathrooms smelled like it was cleaned. Though my son's room was cleaned very thoroughly. And they were very professional in their conduct. And Victor was very courteous over the phone. But I think if they focused more on cleaning a bit better they can get a better review. The potential is there...... whether or not they focus on things like " if it were my home and I brought in outsiders: would I want it to smell AND look good and clean?"is a whole different perspective.

Not enough chaos and confusion in your very hectic and busy schedule? Give Suzy Q Cleaning a call. They will give you uber-chaos! They will promise to send a supervisor out on their first visit to ensure the job goes well, but they won't. They will promise to send a supervisor and "one lady" out to clean a few items missed by the original crew who had no supervision, but they will send out three (3) ladies who speak no English, who will sit on your front porch, use their cell phones, go back and forth to their car, and generally hang out for over thirty (30) minutes while waiting for a supervisor. (Having three (3) ladies wandering around the front of your house is kinda' embarrassing, but makes a great show for the neighbors). Finally, after you call to complain about the situation, they will not return your phone calls. I'll give Suzy Q Cleaning high marks for incompetence, broken commitments, embarrassment in front of my neighbors, and general staff mismanagement! Oh, and thanks Suzy Q Cleaning for all the chaos and confusion. I needed more of that in my life. Much appreciated!!!!!

We didn't think we were messy people until all of the furniture was out of our condo and SURPRISE! There was quite a bit of work to be done. Not only that, the condo has 4 sets of stairs so hauling a vacuum and cleaning every level would have been a major feat for us to accomplish. These people were prompt, thorough and communicative. Not to mention a great value. YES I would use them again and again and again!

I was delighted with the two young women who helped me with organizing.  They lined shelves, moved boxes, put things in the garage, and put things away in the kitchen.  It was just what I needed, and they were good help.
The two who came the next day to clean were also industrious and self-motivated.  
In each case, one person on the team spoke English.
It is easy to reach the company, and payment was made by credit card.

The cleaning team was efficient and did a great job of cleaning after our party, and after two years without a professional cleaning. They mopped the full-house laminate floor and cleaned the baseboards that haven't been cleaned for almost four years. It makes a difference! They caught many nooks and crannies without any major re-arranging of object. In other words, I can still find the things I didn't put away before the house cleaning.

they were great - nice and smiling and when they conversed they spoke in a very soft voice to each other, which is very different to most housecleaners when they are in your house and you are there. I really appreciated the fact that they did this and therefore did not disturb me. I have only good things to say about them and no negatives at all.

It all started with the quick responses from Susy Q to my many questions then it was a breeze from there. The team from Susy Q was on time, listened to my concerns and did a fabulous job on my extremely dusty house. I work from home so I need for any house calls to be as quick as possible and not require me to answer a ton of questions while they are there and Susy Q did just that.  Most cleaning services I have had take entirely too long and want to chat it up with me. Susy Q's team respected my need to get my own work done and I really appreciate that. It was pricey but I think that it was because it was my first cleaning and I added a bunch of services like windows,oven and refrigerator. Also, my motto in life is "what's your time worth?" so if you can spare a little cash to have a service done that takes up your own time then why the heck not. I am scheduling with Susy Q for a bi-weekly service and I know they will do a great job every time.

Everything was done in good order.  Both of the ladies worked really hard, and the results showed it - everything was spotless, and both beds were made properly.  This is about the third or fourth time that they have shown up every two weeks, and they are always on time, or within two minutes of the agreed upon time!  We couldn't be more pleased.

Two women worked assiduously for the contracted two hours, putting forth great effort in a very appropriate way.  And their effort showed up quite positively!  Master bedroom, bath, and large walk-in closet were spotless, as were four other large downstairs rooms that were cleaned.  They followed instructions to the letter, plus took initiative to provide appropriate cleaning to those matters that we had overlooked.  When we had questions about how they would proceed or about what they were doing, they responded fully. Last, but certainly not least, they were cheerful throughout, both in their work efforts and in responding to us. - while this certainly was not a requirement at all, it counted highly with us.
