Did exactly what they said they would do grout still looks good. In 2012 they redid my showers. My first time using them was about 6 or 7 years ago.

They are amazing, very professional and did an excellent job. My recommendation to others is that they need to call them and have them come to their house.

Absolutely awful.  They were one of four we got a quote from.  There price was the same as everyone else's, but while the other three contractors were not able to start for a month, these guys had time available immediately.  In fact, after I hired them they called and wanted to start a day early.  This should have been the first red flag.  They arrived (two people), honed the floor on day one - leaving many scratches in the floor after they were done - and filled a couple holes in the floor - but left over 30 stones with large holes.  The next day they sealed the floor, leaving a discolored orange film on every high spot in the stone, as well as on almost all my floor boards.  At this point I paid them half of contract amount - which I felt was more than generous of me.  I then told them I need the holes in the floor filled and the orange crap removed from the floor.  On day three the owner of the company arrived and started to berate me - standing in my face and yelling.  Wow!  That is some customer service.  In any event, they agreed to finish the job and clean up all the orange goop (which they swore they had never seen before - of course).  I paid them and they went on their merry way.  Unfortuantely, the holes they filled are already (two weeks later) loosing the material that they put in and the orange goop seems to have resurfaces on some of my stone.  And, of course, they didn't fill all the holes anyway.  Argggh!  In my opinion, this is the worst contactor I have every worked with.

Excellent punctuality, very professional, did what they said when they said they would do it. Bruce is very accomodating, got us in a week earlier than expected.
