I've used Super Shuttle quite a few times; sometimes I've made a reservation, and other times I've grabbed one from the airport. I like that they pick you up in a van that is large enough to accommodate your luggage; they are always on time (or early); their drivers are very pleasant individuals; and it's a worry-free ride for not many $$. I've only had one experience that was less than stellar - the driver who picked us up at the house in the wee hours of the morning parked out at the street. that in itself is no biggie, but then she just stood and waited by the van while we lugged our bags all the way down the driveway. It just annoys me when I'm paying for a service and the service is not up to my expectations, and I DO expect a lot from Super Shuttle, including assistance with luggage. Except for that one time, they have always delivered, so I think they definitely rate a B or B+, at least. Will I use them again - absolutely! Will I make sure I request they come to the front door - yep. Problem solved.

I think that using this company is cheaper than using a taxi cab. I have used them three times. I had two good experiences and one bad one. The one driver did not know his way around and I was in his shuttle for an hour. It was really annoying.

I've used Super Shuttle in numerous cities across the US where public transportation isn't an option and a taxi is just too expensive. I've found drivers to be reliable, even if they tend to schedule pickups way in advance (probably just right now with heightened security). Overall, a good alternative.

Generally, the pickup service was good, although I would have to be up at 4:00 in the morning for a 6:00 AM flight. And, the drivers would often show up earlier than that and be impatient that I wasn't ready before 4:00 AM. Ouch. But the worst part was the length of the waits FROM the airport to home. Sometimes, I would have to wait up to 30 minutes before the shuttle would depart. With wait and drive time, depending on the stops, it could take up to two hours after the plane landed to get home. For me, living in South Austin, it was only about $9 more to get a cab home, including tip. I could be home in less than 30 minutes, so the extra $$$ were worth it!

I have used SuperShuttle twice (to the airport from home and to home from the airport), and both experiences were superb. The driver arrived at my location on time and we arrived at the airport very quickly (this included time spent picking up a few other passengers). The van was clean and cool inside. The driver was very friendly and helpful with luggage. My trip from the airport to home was just as easy. I only waited about 5 minutes before a van arrived to shuttle me home. The price seemed very reasonable for a shuttle service from my home in North Austin to the airport. The amount paid that I have listed was for one way service to the airport. I would definitely use SuperShuttle again.

I have always received excellent service from SuperShuttle. I make my reservations online and can pre-pay online (price is fixed by zipcode for airport travel). Now that I'm in their system I can make a reservation in just a few minutes online. No waiting on hold on the phone. They are always on time and on occasion have been early. Once I was not ready when they arrived and they offered to send another van for me later (did not charge me either, despite their wasted trip). All of the drivers I have encountered were polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone for use as an airport shuttle. Much cheaper than taking a taxi.
