Awful, didn't clean surfaces before painting, shoddy workmanship. Used satin paint in area where it was flat paint. Didn't caulk. Very sloppy work. got oil and rust on drive. Another contractor said the deck footing is wrong, no metal under it on concrete and he replaced Braces at front porch and they provide no support. When I asked for my key back, he admitted he hid it close to my front door. SECURITY ISSUE. Without my permission, He had about a five year old kid on my job helping. On balconies with floorboards and railings off! He promised to come back and fix it over two weeks ago. He is ignoring me. I called both stan sarver and Paul Miller- ignored.

It went great. They started promptly. Ended promptly. Cleaned up after themselves. They were professional, courteous and conscientious. They exceeded our expectations!

Terrible. A lot of mishaps and finally workers hammered a nail into the freon pipe causing our AC unit to stop working. Needed to replace a new AC unit but company refuses to pay for the damage.
