Steam Machine Carpet Care

Mike was punctual, polite, professional & hard working. He actually scrubbed the tile & the grout before using the steam machine. I did hire a company to do this in the past & they did very little scrubbing if any at all. Mike takes pride in doing a good job. He also charges less than 2 other businesses that I called. My kitchen floor looks amazing. I highly recommend him!

We needed our tile and grout lines cleaned and called three companies to give me their bids. Our home has 1150SF of tile and received bids that ranged from $375 to over $1200. I asked about the equipment that would be used and the manpower that would come into my home. I choose Steam Machine Carpet Care for three reasons: price, equipment used and the one man operation.  Mike came into our home and measured the SF of tile.  Once I gave him my approval to clean he pretreated and scrubbed all the grout lines and then used his machine that heated the water to 240 degrees and deep clean the tile and grout lines and vacuum up the waste water. It took Mike around 4.5 hours to do the complete job. The results were great and asked Mike to come by next week to clean my carpet.  He charges less than 35 cents a square foot for tile which is a steal for the quality of work.
