They are unresponsive to all of my phone calls. They had to tear out large sections of tile, and they just left them. I am getting no response at all.

It was great! They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the services efficiently, cleaning up their work areas before they left (yay!). We discussed some other work I want done, and I will definitely contact them again.

I called and left a voice mail about a fluorescent light fixture that had fallen off one of it's chains from a small indoor soccer training facility. I got a call-back from Shane who was already out on another call and said he would go by the location around 5:00pm. He happened to be close to the area and stopped by approximately around 2:30 pm to take a look at the fixture. He was able to provide me with a quote and let me know he would need a longer ladder than the one he had on his vehicle. I told him of the urgency to repair the fixture as we were expecting children to come in for their classes and he was able to go to his other appointment, pick up the other ladder , and return to my location by 4:15 pm with Fred. They found the fixture needed a new ballast and determined another fixture would need one as well so they replaced those too. Shane was able to reinforce the lighting cages of three other light fixtures and he was also kind enough to dislodge several soccer balls that had been stuck in the ceiling steel beams. Shane and Fred were on-time, friendly and courteous, answered all my questions and clearly explained what needed to be done. Shane and Fred did an excellent job.

Service was excellent and Shane and Fred were on time and very efficient. They explained the work and happily answered our questions about the repairs. The entire call took about an hour and the charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend Startech to my friends and will use them again in the future.

Maury arrived on time and checked each terminal in two breaker panels. He pointed out several neutral wire connections which had been terminated together and reconnected them individually. He then helped me troubleshoot and reset all smoke alarms. The next morning, Maury followed up with a call to see if there were any ongoing issues with the smoke alarms. Excellent service. Will definitely use Startech again for any electrical problems.

Startech showed up on time, was extremely professional while also being very friendly to work with. They completed all the repairs, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was satisfied with each item before leaving. If I ever need an electrician again I will call them.

We have used them previously but we had to wait because they were closed over the holiday. They spent practically a whole day here because it was a big job. The price was a little high. We didn't have any problems.

They were a friendly, efficient, prompt bunch of guys. We had an issue with a light that was being installed. It was malfunctioning when we got it. They tried to work with us to not charge us for an extra trip, which was very accommodating of them.

They were very responsive to our call. They very reasonable priced and easy to work.

Two really nice people came over, knew exactly what to do and they had all the right equipment and materials. I am always terrified to hire electrician because they are very expensive, but they quickly diagnosed the problem and the work was really inexpensive. They finished the work in a timely manner.
