During the build we could walk into their office at any time for updates and change requests. Their sales manager was so accommodating and took me to tour the house while it was being built. After the build, they came out and did another inspection, gave us a maintenance manual which they thoroughly explained. Any time we called with a question or problem, they would call back the same day and be at the house within 2 days. If it was electrical or plumbing issue they would arrive the same day we called. A year later they came back and went through the house and did touch-ups to the paint and small fixes where needed.
