Really impressed with Anne-Marie! She has a very positive attitude and is willing to accommodate the specific needs of our household. We showed her the asthma-friendly green cleaners we like to use and she now supplies them so I don't have to keep a kit for her at my home. Anne-Marie has an eye for detail (learns our "particulars") and rotates through different areas of the home as well as doing all the maintenance cleaning. Our family has a small puppy, and Anne-Marie would let the puppy out to potty and took particular care to avoid frightening her with the vacuum, etc. until she was comfortable. I find that communication is a breeze (she's a native English speaker) and Anne-Marie is always responsive, whether by text or in person. I get a reminder text the day before cleaning and even an update in the morning if she might be running behind schedule so I'm never left wondering. She operates on an hourly fee, so if it's an easy day for her, I pay less.

I was embarrassed to even let a cleaning service set foot in our home, but realized that professional help was necessary. Enter Disaster Specialist Anne-Marie. Our first clean took two days, and by the end of the first day, my husband and I walked around in awe...the walls sparkled. We have tried multiple cleaning services in the past, but Anne-Marie stands out for the following reasons: (1) she is meticulous and detail-oriented; (2) she cleans quickly and thoroughly; (3) she goes above and beyond and is prepared for anything...for instance, she discovered that one of our light fixtures was loose, and the next thing I know, she is marching in with an Allen wrench...she polishes and has even applied stain to our wood furniture; (3) she is extremely well-educated, uplifting, delightful, happy, and motivated; (4) she is an animal lover (we have three large-breed dogs); (5) she is careful and extremely conscientious (I had her clean my grandmother's crystal last session). While I only intended to have Anne-Marie clean until I took my exam, I just could not let her go. Really and truly, our house looks better now than it did before we moved in 6 years ago. I frankly consider Anne-Marie to be a life (and marriage!) saver. Sponge Housekeeping is *hands down* the best cleaning service in Texas.

Anne Marie has done an excellent job! Her initial task was to bond with Bear, and she pulled it off. Bear looks forward to her visits! Anne Marie initially performed a baseline deep clean that was meticulous and thorough. She cleaned places that we didn't even know needed cleaning! After establishing a baseline, she established a "whole home" cleaning schedule that is augmented with special services when required. She is a self-starter that manages the end-to-end process with no oversite. If Anne Marie needs guidance, she asks. Otherwise, we return home to a happy dog and a clean, organized home.

I came home to the cleanest apartment it's ever been! It smelled amazing, my dog was happy and I no longer have mystery items in the cushions of my couch. ? I have had other house cleaners in the past and can honestly say Anne's work surpasses them by far.

In only six and one half to seven hours, I watched furniture and knickknacks - leather couches, end tables, dining room table, kitchen tile and much more become gleamingly clean and new. I have never seen such deep cleaning, along with such knowledge of how to improve the appearance of items in our home. If you need a deep cleansing and renewal of anything in your home, this is the place to contact. She also can help with other needs such as: decorating or general tips, helping one cull through items for donation or keep, etc.  This company is absolutely amazing ! I can't wait to have them back for more deep cleaning and renewal of many other areas of our home. I give them an A++++++++++++ - a real treasure. 

Sponge Housekeeping comes highly recommended in my book. Anne Marie pays extreme close attention to detail and is very thorough in the job she does. She even used a toothbrush in the corners of my cabinets to ensure all dust was removed and then used Murphy's Oil to brighten and shine. Further, Anne Marie works at an excellent pace with a smile on her face...no slacking there! We're a little older and while moving is never fun, moving at our age is truly burdensome, especially in July. Having someone like Anne Marie who's enthusiasm, good cheer, and tireless work ethic were invaluable and inspiring. We will be moving again...and we will be using her again. My husband and I couldn't be happier!

My house hadn't been deep cleaned in months, and was looking pretty rough, but Anne Marie came and deep cleaned and had my house looking, smelling and feeling clean! She was fantastic, I'll definitely be using her on a biweekly to monthly basis! She was very friendly, courteous and professional. And very detail oriented.
