Needed to replace a 20 year old hot tub. Visited multiple Spa Sales establishments throughout Austin. Quickly determined that Spa Expo had the most helpful, knowledgeable staff and offered the best options for our preferences. . The entire process from product selection to removal of old tub and installation of new spa was seamless and 100% professional. To be honest I can’t remember when I experienced such a positive, pleasant business transaction. We are totally pleased with our new Hot Springs Spa and look forward to a long-term association with Felipe Castaneda and his team at Spa Expo. I would do business again with this establishment in a heart beat.

It went great. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They called with their arrival time and were on time. They were careful with unloading and setting up the spa. They knew how to set everything up. They went over the details of the spa.

Based on a relative's recent experience buying a Hot Springs hot tub, we found that Spa Expo sells the same brand. So I went there and met with Felipe at Spa Expo. All personnel involved in all parts of the transaction demonstrated the best customer service a consumer could hope for. Even the electrician they recommended was very professional. If I know anyone that is interested in purchasing a spa, we will be strongly recommending they go see Felipe at Spa Expo. Felipe has also been diligent in following up with us to ensure our complete satisfaction.

Big Mike & crew did an excellent job. Very professional, friendly & detailed oriented. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Sealing at Spa expo was also great. Explained everything. Never any pressure to buy. Would go back again if I need another Spa.

THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO BE HOME FOR THE SPA TO BE REPAIRED. I WAS AT WORK AND IT WAS REPAIRED WHILE I WAS GONE AND THEY LEFT A BILL FOR ME TO SEND IN. THE REPAIR DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHIN A WEEK, AND IT WAS CONVENIENT. I HAD A VERY GOOD OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
