This purchase was out of my comfort zone, I knew what I wanted but was new to this process as a new home owner. Shane made me feel we’ll support factored in my goals and wants and made me feel confident I was getting the right product and quality. Highly recommend for new homeowners and looking to be guided through the process.

So, my house has a nice shady backyard. The only downside is…..grass doesn’t grow well in shade. My husband and I tried to grow several different grasses with no luck. We ended up with a dirt yard and when it rained, a muddy yard. Frustrated, we decided to get an estimate on artificial grass just to see if it was something we could afford. We decided on Southern Turf because of all the great reviews we read. I set up an appointment and Aaron Hamilton came to meet with us. He was on time and extremely nice and personable. He asked us what we wanted, and I showed him a picture I had drawn of my dream backyard. He took some measurements and showed us the different turf samples he had, and we chose the one we liked best. Aaron got back to us with the estimate by the next day. We were really surprised that it was going to cost way less than we had expected. We set a date for installation and Aaron gave us his personal cell phone number. This meant that we could communicate with him directly and didn’t have to call the office and leave a message every time we needed to talk to him. This was great because we got rained out twice and had to reschedule. Both times Aaron communicated with us quickly and we set up a new date, hoping the weather would cooperate. When the installation finally took place, Aaron and his crew showed up on time and worked the whole day. Our yard was done in two days! Aaron and his crew were very polite and respectful and cleaned up the debris afterward. When I saw my yard for the first time I almost cried! It is so beautiful! No more weeds and dirt/mud. Our dogs LOVE it and have been running around happy as can be. We are so happy we chose Southern Turf and that we were able to work with Aaron and his crew. I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone.

We are so happy with our brand-new Putting Green! Aaron and team were amazing. Very responsive, accommodating and worked with us as we changed our mind. He came out twice before the install to make sure we had what we wanted. The install team led by Sergio was fantastic and showed up right when Aaron said they would. They kept me informed throughout the day and when it was time to pick the hole locations, Sergio knocked on the door and had me come out. After the install, they cleaned up the entire yard and you couldn’t tell they were there except for the new putting green. Aaron stopped by after the installation to make sure I was completely satisfied with the look of it as well as the install process. I would recommend Southern Turf and Aaron if you are looking for a putting green, and I am sure they are just as amazing for artificial turf.

We cannot say enough great things about Southern Turf Co! This was our second time using them for a project because they did such an amazing job the first time around. Aaron and his crew managed to complete the project in one day, including adding a putting green for us to play with. Aaron even came out about a week after the project completed to personally take care of some turf anchors that were pulling up. Now, instead of a dead area filled with wood chips, we have a prime play area for our kids to grow up with!

Aaron and his team were very easy to work with. Throughout the whole process, Aaron was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He worked with our schedule and came out at a time that was convenient for us to go over the different options they provided and to show samples. He was upfront about the cost of material and labor, and did a great job explaining all the different products. He made our decision to install turf very easy and within the same day, he got a quote sent over to us. We decided to modify the original layout to include a paver walkway and rock surrounding. Aaron was quick to accommodate our customization and revised the quote right away to reflect the changes. Once we reviewed the quote, we paid our deposit through one of the many payment options they offer. Within the same week, Aaron got us scheduled for the installation, booking us two weeks out. From consultation to installation, the entire project was completed just under 3 weeks. On installation day, the team showed up as scheduled and began looking over the yard for sprinkler heads and any other concerns we had. Work began right away and they worked tirelessly to complete our project the same day. We couldn’t be happier with our turf and pavers. Our dogs love it and it’s so easy to keep clean. I was worried that our dogs’ nails would tear up the turf but after a brutal play session the first day, I can say with confidence that the turf will hold up to the dogs running around and cutting back and forth. If we ever move or have any properties in the future, we’ll definitely be contacting Aaron and Southern Turf for another project.

Very professional company with hard-working crew that did the install correctly. Aaron who came out to bid the project stayed in touch throughout the project to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this company in the future.

We just had our artificial turf installed with Southern Turf Co. Aaron was great in explaining the process and products. He was on top of it. He got us on their schedule quickly and came back after the work was complete to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Which of course it was. Serbio and his team came to do the installation and they went above and beyond. They took pride in their work and confirmed everything with us. They all provided excellent customer service and our yard looks amazing!

Aaron helped our family transform our backyard to a clean, dirt free livable area! He was able to give us a quote for both projects (putting green) and the backyard area so we could choose to do both or just one. The quote included everything from the turf to the edging and rocks. The installation took 2 days and the entire team was very professional keeping everything clean as they worked. Aaron stopped by after the work was completed to ensure we were satisfied with the work and to answer any questions. Highly recommend this team if you are thinking of doing turf!

Very knowledgable and professional staff, specifically Aaron Hamilton and his crew. The company has competitive pricing with financing options (or discount for cash pay). The job itself was actually completed a month earlier than we were originally scheduled and was done in one day! Very quick and efficient! Highly recommend!
