The first visit was great. They came out in the time frame that they said they would. We paid $300 ish, and the ac worked well for a long while. The second time, the man that came out was unable to fix the ac and charged the $75 service call fee. We weren't too happy, but understood that he spent a lot of time on it. We had another company come out the next day, and they were able to fix it.

I had 2 other companies out and they tried upselling me saying I need to replace unit. South Side came out and said it did not need replaced. There were able to fix and repair properly and save me money. They are honest and wonderful.

Frank showed up within an hour of the original call and had the system blowing plenty of cold air within two hours. He cleaned out the drain line. Clean the coils and performed other general maintenance on the system.

I have used Frank for many other properties and he is always very punctual, thorough, professional and honest. His pricing is fair and he will never tell you that a system needs to be replaced unless it truly does.
