Car was at dealership for nearly a month. We live over an hour from any dealership so had car towed to facility. Tried for first two weeks to contact dealer by phone leaving 7 messages to both service rep. and service manager and never received a call back from either. We had 5 days the dealer was shut down due to the freeze in Texas then again started trying to contact dealer for another week with more messages and no return calls. I finally called and talked to the phone receptionist and demanded someone be found to answer my questions. She could not find anyone but did verify that my car was miraculously “ now in the bay”. The repair shop seemed to have no grasp on what the problem was with my car or what the final fix would be. They wanted $1300 to replace key fob sensor, which I OKed then said it needed a $1700 PCM computer and they hoped that might fix the problem. Paid my bill and retrieved car from that incompetent dealer. Do not go there for auto repair!

We made an appointment to have our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe looked at because it was making an odd noise when stopping, accelerating, and turning, and when we dropped off the vehicle we were told it would be a few days before they could look at it. A few days? Why have an appointment system if it's going to be a few days? Asking if we could just bring it back in a few days, they said no, because the mileage could change too much (what?). Anyway, a few days pass and no word, so we call and leave messages, but get no word. We call again. And again. Finally they get back to us to say they still need more time but soon. A week goes by and no word. We call and call and finally they get back to us, just a few more days. Another week goes by with the same thing. We call, get sent to a voice mail, call and call again, and finally someone calls us back to say it will be more time. At one point we are told that they need to keep the car a little longer because parts are coming, but what parts, and for what problem? They don't know because they still have to look at the vehicle. At the end of three weeks (three weeks!!!) I call and demand that the front desk not send us to voice mail again, but rather go get someone. They do and it's the same story we'll look at it tomorrow. I say no thank you, we've had enough of waiting, no communication, and outright lies - we are coming to get our vehicle. We pick it up and it is filthy. Clearly it had been sitting outside for three weeks. The only up-side is at least they didn't try to charge us for anything. Three weeks, with an appointment, and they never even looked at the vehicle!

The sales process was fine.  We concluded a couple years after the purchase that the car was a little too low for my husband disabilities.  So we traded in the vehicle.  There was nothing wrong with the vehicle.

This is a fantastic place. They have been rated the number 1 Hyundai service dealership in the country. They always work with me on my repairs. I have had maintenance such as transmission flush, brake service, regular oil changes, 30,000 and 60,000 mile service. The car is always in great shape when they work on it. They are the most reasonable for an oil change and they wash the car every time they change the oil. They always want a 10 on their service and work hard to get it. They know how to work with Hyundai's and I own a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. They also have a provider that will paint your car, does a great job and gives you a good price. I told a friend who had her Toyota painted and loved the provider. Only one time after an accident did they have a very high estimate for suspension work. They did not do the work and I wish they did.
I highly recommend them. In fact, I prefer them so much I would totally buy another Hyundai.

It went excellent. I was in a bind having driven from Ohio to Texas for my daughter's wedding and had a major brake problem. As I was going to be driving numerous guests and family members around Austin in just 3 days I was very concerned that I would not have a safe car to drive. South Point got me in the day I called and took care of my problem over the course of 2 days. Being without a car would have been a problem for me so they hooked me up with a rental car company and split the cost with me! After driving the car for a few days I was concerned as I thought the wheels were not in proper balance. I called them, they again got me in right away and fixed the problem for no charge. What was particularly refreshing was they told me the problem was theirs, their wheel balancing machine was apparently not functioning at a 100% and they took my tires to a sister dealership to balance while their machine got repaired!
