Arrived 2 hours late. When they arrived they got a sample and they left again and were gone for another hour. Ran out of material (ceiling popcorn spray can) and left again. Then, for a third time they again ran out of same material and again left. The owner told me they were experimenting with a new product. YOU DON"T EXPERIMENT ON SOMEONE"S HOME. Two workers, each time they would both leave together no one stayed behind to do work while the other went for material. They did not prep the room for mess. They got ceiling splatter on carpet, wall, door and bed. I questioned why they didn't cover/prep room for mess....said they did not have enough material. They did not seem concerned until I brought up issue.They removed a portion of attic insulation leaving a large open area with no insulation. They did not seem concerned to replace insulation until I brought up issue. They had to come back a second day to finish the job that they were late starting. They had to stay late to clean up all their messes that should have been prevented/prepped in the first place. Now the dried paint does not match the existing paint.
