Sinar, SNP owner showed up to check on a leak on my roof. We went on top of my house to check on the repair to be done. He recommended that my roof should be replaced since it was old and more likely I would have to do more repairs to it and it more likely it will cost me more to do a repair here and there on my roof. Sinar and his crew showed up, tar down my roof, did some repairs to my roof's wood. I went on my roof at the end of the first day to inspect their work. I found two big rotted spots on my roof that was " missed " getting repaired by Sinar's crew. I confronted Sinar about it, he got them repaired the next day. The very next day that the roof was finished, We had a big storm. The roof leak that Sinar and crew supposed to fix on my roof, was still there. I called Sinar, he came and put some sealer on the sky light that they installed and said that that should take care of the leak and be back to check on it later. He never did return. We had another big rain pour, the roof leak still there. I called & texted Sinar. To this date, he haven't contacted me about the roof leak. We signed a 5 year contract on the work to be done to my roof. That's no good since Sinar doesn't respond. I'll be talking him to court to get my money bacand try to get someone more responsible to repair Mr leaky roof.

Sinar from SNP Roofing contacted me within an hour our inquiry being posted on Angie's List. He quickly arranged a time for a free roof inspection and quote within a few days. Sinar arrived as promised and after an inspection provided a very reasonable estimate to replace all 9 of my roof's plumbing boots. Sinar got right to work and completed the repair within 2 1/2 hours. His work ethic and professionalism were awesome. SInar did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him. Was a great experience they were very professional. Was very prompt and got the work done quickly and roof looks good as new. Would definitely hire again.
