(I had previously contacted another Angie's List provider regarding this project, but never received a response to my second e-mail message asking them to schedule a site survey at the first available appointment date/time and telling them that I would make myself available at that date/time, whenever it was.)
Joseph responded to my initial query within an hour after I sent the request. His e-mail messages provided comprehensive information, and he took the time to answer, in detail, all of my questions. He was able to identify what needed to be done and to provide a Service Order based on the questionnaire I filled out on his web site, and using the photographs and other information I sent, thus eliminating the need to schedule a physical site-survey visit.
He then sent the proposed Service Order via e-mail and I received it about noon the day after my initial query. We scheduled the installation for Tuesday of the following week.
Joseph and his crew arrived at the house at the scheduled time, did a professional installation job, checked that the EVSE was working correctly, and cleaned up after themselves.
I recommend them and would definitely use them again.
