I needed an aquarium and an RO/DI set up. I provided a list of the equipment and links. Quoted 3 hours @ $350. Arrived with a helper and nearly completed the setup in 4 hours, estimating 1.5 hours remaining. Didn't perform the RO/DI installation due to a missing part, my oversight, estimating another 2-3 hours needed. Charged $625. The invoice was originally covering the 5.5 hours to complete the job before payment but suddenly only 4 hours with 2 workers after payment. Promised to return in 2 days. After two weeks of trying to reach him to finish, he informed me it required a new bid. I invited him to bid alongside others, which he did not do. When I reposted the job, I received an unprofessional rant from him, falsely accusing me of adding items and badmouthing him. He also threatened to report me to Angi List, complaining about their fees. Experience was frustrating due to poor communication, altered terms, and unprofessional behavior. Justin did a great job working with the limitations that I had presented to him. He was negotiable on price when we realized we would not be able to get our repair to 100% back to what it was before. this was due to the material of the door and not the craftsmanship of Justin and his team. That said I would highly recommend Justin and site hero home services for any interior repairs
