discovered that Aand J was acquired by a Home/Commercial Services
company, Silver Rock. I called and their moving manager showed up the next day to
do a complete walk through of my 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2 story home. Austin, a
moving manager, took the time to list out each of my items
and approx box count, all items large and small. He took the time to
go over the Silver Rock Process, their insurance (everything is 100% covered!
Dollar for Dollar in the event of damage etc), also offered me free boxes for y
move. (They also could have packed everything for me too!) Although I opted to
pack myself, I could see how valuable that could be for busy people who don’t
have time to spare.
When moving day arrived, the crew showed
up with their manager early, dressed professionally in polos, khakis, and with
booties for their shoes while in the house. Immediately they went to work and
my 4000 square foot house was emptied in about 2 hours. I was extremely pleased
with the speed and dedication the guys had moving my things. They took extra
care and precaution with my large mirrors and electronics. The guys were also well spoken, knowledgeable
and as a single woman I felt comfortable and secure having them in my home.
After the move, Silver Rock also informed
me of the other services they offered including, property maintenance, power washing,
renovations and handyman services. I have already received a quote for them to
do my continued lawn services at my new home and also will have them handle my
power washing of my new pool.
The cost was competitive, and like
everything these days, could have been cheaper, but I will always be willing to
pay for quality service, staff, and keeping all my home services with the same
staff and company.
I would highly recommend Silver Rock and
their services.
