He was supposed to put up moling in another room and he put the molding over the air conditioning return. We discussed what he would do when he returned to complete the remaining molding and fix the return issue, which was pointed out as an issue when he first arrived. He committed several times to a date and time to complete the work, then sent a text and said he was not interested any more and that I should call someone else to come and fix his mess.
