It was very good.

They do wonderful work. From B.J. the estimator to Conner and Mark the installers and the ladies in the office you are in good hands. We had one small problem after the shower was done called the office and they were here to fix it right away. Great company!

We were very pleased with their service.  I'd give them all "A's" and I'd use them again.

We liked them the best.  We had 2 other people come out and give quotes and theirs was the most professional and informative.  When they came out I got the quote right there and then, he gave me all the options and suggested a few things.  The others were either late coming in or either barely spoke with me besides getting their measurements.  Both of them didn't give me a quote until a week later in an email.  I really liked that part and the installation went very well.  For price of the 3, they told me they wouldn't be the cheapest but wouldn't be the most expensive.  Ended up they were the cheapest by a little bit.

From beginning to end we had a wonderful experience. Andrew came out and did the initial measuring and estimate. The actual installation was 3 1/2 weeks later. Everyone was professional from the first online contact to the installation and the work is just beautiful. We are extremely pleased and will definitely highly recommend them anyone. We would also use them again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job! They arrived early for the install, cleaned up after the job was completed and the shower enclosure looks and functions perfectly!

Shower Doors of Austin were pleasant and professional from beginning to end. A very happy experience. They recommended a local grout tile company to us who was also very good to work with. When our plumber found an issue with the showerhead--which caused a delay--SDofA was so understanding and rebooked us immediately. On the day of installation, the two technicians arrived on time and got right to work. Highly recommend--for quality of product and for ease of doing business. Bonus: they took our old enclosure & will recycle it.

SORRY THIS IS ALL CAPS . . . I HAVE REALLY BAD EYE SIGHT AND GLASSES BROKEN SO I NEED TO SEE WHAT I'M TYPING. ANDREW CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE SPACE FOR OUR CUSTOM MADE SHOWER DOOR . . . (HE IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL) I ASSUMED THAT SINCE IT IS CUSTOM . . . THAT ALL FOUR MEASURMENTS WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CUSTOM CUT SHOWER DOOR. I UNFORTUNATELY WAS WRONG. THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE TOP MEASUREMENT. MY CEILING IS SLIGHTLY ASKEW SO WHEN BOBBY AND CARLO CAME TO HANG THE DOOR, IT LOOKED CROOKED. NOT BECAUSE IT "WAS CROOKED" AT THE TOP . . . BUT BECAUSE MY CEILING IS CROOKED. I CALLED SHOWER DOORS OF AUSTIN . . . EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND SOMEONE CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY . . . HE KINDLY EXPLAINDED TO ME THAT THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE TOP MEASUREMENT . ..  HOWEVER . . . THEY WOULD MAKE ME ANOTHER SHOWER DOOR THAT WOULD BE CUT ACCORDING TO MY ASKEWED CEILING AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP THE SECOND DOOR. I AGREED AND SIGNED THE DOTTED LINE. CARLO AND BOBBY CAME OUT TO HANG MY SECOND INSTALL AND MY DOOR ROCKS!! IT LOOKS STRAIGHT AS A BOARD AND I LOVE IT. Professional; on time; best price for product; cleaned up after install; I would definitely use them again. Easy to deal with regarding ordering, scheduling, install, questions and pricing. We "interviewed" three companies in the area to get quotes and Shower Doors of Austin was by far the best in dealing with about price, questions, products available.

The guys were very honest and professional. Before they ordered the door, they explained some problems with the tile work (which they did not do) that could effect the door fit and repeated them again before putting in the door. They went out of their way to make sure I would be satisfied. I would definitely recommend using them.

I started calling glass companies by phone asking for a appointment/estimate.  They wanted me to measure, take pictures, send by e-mail etc. and then a estimator would come which was not what I wanted.  Once I called Shower Doors of Austin I was immediately informed they wanted to come to my house - go over the different types of glass and hardware - do a professional measurement.  The receptionist was very knowledgeable about glass installation especially for a steam shower which requires exact measurements and set an appointment within my time frame.  Estimator called ahead to let me know he was on his way and on time.  Estimator explained all options and handed us our estimate before he left  We set the installation time and again the installer called ahead and were on time.  Job was done and installer explained time frame before using and how to clean and care for.  They also left no mess.  To me the staff from the start of the first phone call to the end when leaving were all outstanding with knowledge, politeness and generally caring about the customer satisfaction.  Very highly recommend.

Great job! These people are by far the best choice for shower doors. I contacted 5 different companies and am so pleased with my choice! They went out of their way to accommodate my time schedule and were extremely professional. These people surely do take good care of their customers! The price was competitive and the quality high. When they came out to give me an estimate he was very thorough and had examples to show me about every aspect. The two young me who actually installed the glass were very efficient and precise.
