Shipley helped with a project recently. I had a fan that wasn't working and Adam came out and verified it was installed correctly but the fan was just bad. So he walked me through exactly what I need to do when I get the fan replaced. He then took his time to answer several other questions I had unrelated to the fan and give me some advice.
