Sewing Machine Repair
In 2000 my wife visited this store and they convinced her to buy a new $4,000 Husqvarna Viking sewing machine. It was supposedly their top-of-the line great machine. She does not use it that often, but discovered this week that the touch display is not working so she cannot sew with it. It took it in for service today. First I was told that they did not ever carry this brand. I had the receipt. Then they looked us up on the computer and were surprised to see they did once sell this brand., Then I was told they were no longer a dealer, could not get parts, and have no technician to fix it, nor did they think there was a dealer in Austin anywhere. Finally, they sweetly asked if I was interested in buying a new machine there to replace it? I'd recommend a Singer from Walmart... this place's after-sales service is awful considering how much we spent in the first place.

Sewing Machine Repair
The staff is awesome; it is a great sewing shop and I cannot recommend them more. I will use them again in the future.
