My rep was Ioan Hazapariu. The washer caused damage to the kitchen and hardwood floors (due to Lowe's negligence in installation in my evaluation). While I did not pay for this service (Lowe's is), I did experience the service. Professional: Very courteous. Answered lots of my questions. Speed: Quick and fast Reliable: Showed up on time. Called ahead. Patient to wait when I was running late. Daily checked on floor and equipment to ensure everything was working properly Communication: Office followed up the next day Overall, excellent experience so far!

I contacted Servpro after mold was found in our HVAC by a tech who tried to upsell me on an air scrubber without addressing the situation. I emailed Servpro and within a week they were able to schedule an inspection. Travis was professional, on-time, and quickly assessed the situation. I was worried that I'd need some kind of extensive remediation, but he recommended a simpler fix that would address the problem. I felt relieved and more knowledgeable after having him inspect the problem. If I have a more serious problem with mold in the future I will definitely call Servpro of Hyde Park!

They were pretty good. Their price was reasonable. The first gentleman I called was supposed to come out and inspect the work and he was a no-show and I ended up calling again and getting someone else to come and look at the damage.
