Service Wizard

Great. Our AC stopped working. Service Wizard had a reasonable availability. David was wonderful and honest. He was truthful about what we needed and didn’t try to get us to pay for anything we didn’t need. Definitely going to call him again if we need assistance with our AC in the future.

The crew of six arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new Trane system, created two zones in the house, fixed a disconnected air vent created by the home builder, and finished all this work in one day.

We needed to replace a 20 year old Trane. I knew the new Trane model that I wanted and got quotes. These guys were "in the pack" for cost and seemed to have a good reputation. (My previous AC guy just retired and sold his company). They came out the same day to provide the quote, took good notes about a few small special things I wanted, and gave a quote that day. The guy was very professional, and no "upsell" BS. I selected them and the next day the crew came out. The install was completed within about 6 hours. The crew was polite and professional, the job was done properly. The paperwork was very complete too. The only error was spilling a little compressor oil on the driveway as they hauled off the old unit. I highly recommend them.

very well. Wow am I impressed with their work- Shane did a spring check of my AC and checked all of the things that according to google needed to be checked. took about 45 min. Other companies have only spent 15 or 20 min checking things(have to wonder what they were checking). I will absolutely call them again for any furnace/AC work and will recommend them to my friends.

The estimate appointment was timely and professional. The deliver if the estimate was timely. What was wrong with the estimate is that it wasn’t itemized. It was a flat fee. I requested that the estimate be properly broken down, parts and labor. My request was ignited, so I re-asked. My request then was flat out denied, with the one line response: “we do not itemize estimates”, to which I responded “Then I deny your bid”. There’s something inherently wrong with a company who outright refuses to itemize their charges, and would rather lose a business opportunity then itemize. What are they hiding? I have zero tolerance for this behavior. Other than the itemization refusal, the person who came to my property was very professional. Too bad his boss botched the deal.

Could tell air was starting to fail on a Sunday night. Made calls on Monday morning to a few recommended A/C repair companies. Service Wizard responded promptly and had time available to check my system. They actually arrived at my house before I could hang up the phone and make a 15 min. drive home. The system had failed that day while I was at work. They found the problem, had the needed part, and fixed my A/C unit. They were in and out of my house in under an hour. The service call and repair were pricey, but I don't think they were more expensive than other companies.

The Service Tech arrived right on time. He did the full 26 point cleaning and tune-up. He was very detailed in discussing what he found and gave us hints on how to make the house more efficient. Service Wizard had put in our newer system previously and we were confident with their service technicians and work ethic. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

I received a call with a next day appointment and then tech confirmed that the motor was bad and need to be replaced. I will now use them for future service due to this experience and do to a referral from a friend who also uses Service Wizard.

It went impeccably well. I called on a Friday morning. Someone was here Friday afternoon, letting us know about 20 minutes before he arrived. He assessed our problem, and gave us out options. I immediately knew that I liked the professionalism and yet easygoing attitude of Terry. He was not out to see how much money he could make, he did not treat differently because I was female, he gave off vibrations of honesty. I have never worked with a company like that. Once I decided what I wanted done, I was told someone would be there Monday. Someone came on Monday, two people. When I was texted both times about arrival times, they even showed a picture of who would be there along with his name. They told me approximately how long it would take barring any complications. They brought their own "red carpet", and placed it everywhere would be walking. They were professional, yet personable. They did their job letting us know their progress along the way. Their estimation of time it would take to complete the job was good. And get this, they rolled up their red carpet, brought their OWN vacuum cleaner and made sure the house looked as it did when they walked in. They told us about the length of warranty for both the parts and their work. No one I spoke with ever asked for a credit card to be put on file, the two men who did the job offered to take the payment or suggested we could call the office and pay them. I will never call anyone else again for work on any kind of air conditioning problems.

They have a good system and good service.

They might send a good technician and he'll do a great job then get someone else and they'll be disappointing. We have experienced that a couple of times already.

Very well... Issues with clogged lines at first, but cutoffs worked and they sent out a tech who was able to clean out the lines. Working extremely well noe!

I noticed it was running constantly so I called them and he checked everything and he determined that all it needed was coolant. It has been fine ever since. They are always thorough, they always responsive, they are punctual and they are very professional. I have used them since the last 15 years.

Great! The technician arrived within 30 minutes of his phone call, was courteous, and diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes with a part he had onhand (bad capacitor keeping the fan from starting). He also tested and added a couple of pounds of Freon, as the system was low. I will definitely be using Service Wizard for any future HVAC repairs!

So far, these guys are like Strand used to be.
They do an excellent job and actually understand that their actions today impact their income next year.
Strand has gone to a -make the most money today- attitude.
I have zero complaints on the Osgood organization and will continue using them for my complete service provider. 
I do worry that they will not be able to scale-up fast enough to keep up with the increasing demand for their excellent services.
