Scott came out and confirmed what the leak was NOT. Then said "if it happens again, let me know and we will investigate further." He did not make up anything to charge me for and did not charge me at all. It seems like it is getting harder and harder to find good, personable, quality and honest businessmen. I found one! I would definitely engage Scott again.

Scott did a great job as usual. He has been helping me for about 30 years. I would highly recommend him.

He is prompt and courteous. He was very quick and responsive to come out on a Saturday evening and then he was here Sunday morning at 8am and took care of it on the spot. He went and got the parts that he needed and came right back and fixed it fairly quickly once he had all of the parts. His price was very fair. He only charged me $150 and I paid him $200.

Scott answered the phone and came over as soon as he was finished with his current customer -- probably about an hour after my initial call. (That was faster than the place offering and quot;emergency service,and quot; which said it would be 2-3 hours.) He came out, shut off the water to the tank, and went through the options with me. We agreed that a new, larger heater would be best; gave me a flat quote for the labor and new tank, including hauling the old tank away -- the price was very reasonable. Given that there was no homeowner cutoff valve, he also gave me a quote for that -- $200 less than I'd been quoted by another plumber for a similar job (different address). He was there Saturday morning with his assistant and they were amazingly fast and careful of the recently refinished floors. New tank works great, and thankfully I've had no occasion to use the shut off valve. He was so good I asked him to come back two weeks later to replace a commode. His cost was right in line with what a big-box store would've charged, but vastly faster, more convenient and helpful. Really excellent job, and very nice man. I'd absolutely call him again for any plumbing issues.

Mr. Hickman is very good at his job. When he arrives, he gets right to work and completes everything very effeciently. He makes great suggestions on ways to to improve the situation and never looks to add fluff to the bill. He is a very busy person, as many people contact him regularly as "their plumber", as do I. I even had a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with everything that he had worked on. You won't find a more friendly person to work in your home!

He's very competitively priced, he gets the projects done, and he does good work.

Provider left the old hot water heater laying in the attic and will not return to remove it.
