Santos did some minor work on my own roof, then replaced the entire roof on my rental home. The price was good, they were able to get the shingles I wanted (scarce), and they completed the job quickly once they started. Very personable and kept kept me informed as to start date. I will probably hire him again for more work on my house.

Insurance did not want to approve initial estimate and wanted an official appraisal. Salvador roofing contacted an appraiser an submitted report with photos and proof of damages. Guillermo (@Salvador roofing) provide to state Farm all necessary info. Insurance approved the repair plus some water damage to interior ceiling and walls. Very professional work, excellent work ethic and used the best materials available. My wife and I are very happy with results. Will recomend to my friends or anyone asking me for information.

He came out and gave me an estimate the very day I posted the job. We made an appointment to do the work. He showed up on time and got t h e job done in less than a day. He picked up all of the trash and left my yard all cleaned up. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done. I would highly recommend.

Did the work as he outlined, in the time frame he said and at the price he said. Have had several storms since then and no more leaky roof. Also, he was a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy.

The best thing is that he communicated with me before hand, & was there on time. Only other thing is that I need an invoice.
