Description of Work: Lawn Mowing and Debri Removal. | |Adrian Danchez the owner is very unpunctual, rude and abusive to his staff. I used him multiple times, and although the work was ok, I couldn't stand the way he would never get in touch and just show up at the house, he would never keep his appointments, was rude and aggressive when I pointed out something I was unhappy with, and above all I couldn't stand how he treated his employees. | |I ended up finding someone better and nicer.

 + -1 moreRental property that had gotten overgrown with weeds and tall grass front and back. Mowed and weed whacked everywhere that needed it. Looked great. Were good communicating, efficient, and arrived early. Plan to use again. Cost more because of overgrown condition, which was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, this team was very pushy. They tried to tell US when to do a job, rather than see what was best in our schedule. The job was average, at best. I don't feel confident that we received the best service out there. There are other companies, out there. I'll use someone else in the future.

Description of Work: They picked up all the leaves, bagged them up and hauled them away. They also cut the lawn.

 + 4 moreOur dealings with Sanchez and Sons were excellent! The owner, Steve Sanchez, was very creative and enthusiastic about landscaping our yard (1/3 acre). He's an expert tree person and explains in detail what actions are required. The workers were pleasant and hard working and the results are wonderful.
Description of Work: Sanchez and Sons landscaped the garden beds using limestone blocks and created a patio area with a wooden deck and crushed granite. They also pruned several large Live Oak trees.

Description of Work: We called them out for an estimate to redo our entire front yard. Mr. Sanchez came by within a few days, we walked him through what we were looking to do and he said he would get back to us with an estimate within a week. A week came and went. We left a series of about five messages for him and never got a response. No response, no estimate.

 + 6 moreOverall, we couldn't have been more pleased. They did a wonderful design and executed that design meticulously. There was never any inconvenience or wondering about when they were going to finally finish. They got out there and got it done! Sanchez Lawn and Tree Care was recommended to us by a neighbor and there recommendation was certainly validated in spades. We have since recommended them ourselves to anyone we know who is looking for landscaping, lawn, and tree care; and the referral is invariably pleased. For one of our referrals, Sanchez Lawn and Tree Care even put in a new wood fence and they were very conscientious in getting everything done right (as they always are).
Description of Work: Sanchez Lawn and Tree Care (Adrian Sanchez, owner) did extensive landscaping in our backyard. They transformed our backyard from a dirt patch to a beautiful terraced stone patio with adjacent flower bed along our back fence and with a matching stone sidewalk running behind the garage and around the side of the house where it connects with the driveway. We were so happy with their work that we later had them do a removal, redesign, and replacement of our front yard landscaping. We have also had them do stump removal and general lawn care.
