. Promise still made almost weekly and never delivered. We purchased a custom home in October of 2013 to be delivered in April -May of 2014. We moved into the home in August of 2014. It is now April of 2015 and there is still a punch list a mile long of things that are undone. Again and again I have been told someone is coming to take care of these matters so i reschedule appointments and take days off work only to have no one show up and no one answer the phone when i call the office.
Oh- and these arent little things. I have shower tiles dissolving, I have major items in the kitchen unfinished. I have broken roof tiles I suspect are letting water leak in. Yet, the builder does nothing. Apparently, this is par for the course as most people on the street report the same issues. The homes look lovely but RUN don't walk. It will never be finished.
