+ -1 moreThe technician arrived as scheduled and started to work. Went to the attic and moved the required lines to new location and dropped them down the wall. Removed entire system and moved it to another wall, covering up existing connections. Installed new connections and runs to TV, etc. Everything was very professional. Very neat job, all wires tied together and hidden as much as possible to make it a very neat looking job. Cleaned up any mess that was on the floor. Tested everything and set up remote. All went very well and smoothly. I highly recommend "Safe and Sound'" and plan to use them again to install security cameras at my residence.
Description of Work: Very prompt - came to house to plan install and wasted no time. Will star install when equipment arrives on Wednesday. Very knowledgable. Moved my incoming cable lines to a different wall, set up new TV and moved entire system to new wall and set everything up.

We do no repair TVs or small electronics that are broken internally. We do not repair speakers or their enclosures. Usually if a speaker is broken it needs to be replaced.
