We hired this company to paint the interior and the exterior of our home. In addition, they were going to rip out carpet and install tile in the commom areas of the home. Carpet is going to be installed by a flooring store at the completion of the interior painting project. We moved out of the house so the project would go more smoothly for the contractors. Everything is in storage, so they had basically an empty house to work with. They started four weeks ago and finished this past Thursday. We are very disappointed in their finished product. The owner called on Thursday and said that they were finished. I walked into the house and was sad to see that the floor was still dirty. The windows still had paint overspray on them. Several door knobs had overspray on them. There were areas on the ceiling that had been pointed out to the crew that were not done correctly and they had not been corrected. They didn't recaulk any areas around the windows that needed to be recaulked. They didn't recaulk one of the commodes they had taken out to lay the tile. There were fixtures that stil had tape and paper on them. We have also found a couple of tiles that seem to be hollow beneath the tile (ie, not enough mortar/thin set used). During our walk thru with the owner yesterday, he stated that all of those things could be fixed and that is why they have walk thru's. I feel that if a company says they are done you should walk thru and find very minor issues. Our issues were not minor issues in that several walls still had overspray on them or looked streaked. At that point, we decided that we no longer wanted them to work in our home. We asked the owner how much he thought we owed him for the work completed and he wanted us to pay the c

They did a good job on what I needed, which was a portion of the floor re-re-tiled. Price was very reasonable.
